Ellianos Coffee — Restaurant in Jacksonville

I ordered a Large, xtra hot Chai Tea Latte today with half-Chai ( 2 scoops). When I got home and started sipping I realized 2 things quickly. It wasn't hot and there was none or very, very little Chai in it. I took my Latte back and ask for another one. Here is there response: that was the last of the Chai mix. She then said, that was 2 scoops and we can give you another drink. I said I don't want another drink, so can you give me a refund? She said we don't give refunds. I know that for a lie, because I have gotten a refund there before. Second, I go to this ellianos on Chaffee Rd every single day and buy an extra hot, large, Chai Tea Latte, with 2 scoops of Chai. I can guarantee you there was maybe 1/2 to 1 scoop of Chai or whatever they had left in bottom of the jar in this large Chai Tea Latte. I know what 2 scoops taste like in a large Chai Tea Latte and that was not it! I really don't know if I will ever go back to this ellianos again. This isnt the first time they have screwed up my Chai Tea Latte, but about the 4th or 5th time in a couple of months. When you go somewhere everyday for the same hot drink, you would think they would get it right! I left there and went to Starbucks 7 miles away in Oakleaf to get a hot Chai Tea Latte and is was hot and delicious! If you had run out of Chai, please be forthcoming with your regular customer. Don't lie! ...

I'm tired of coming to this one on Chaffee Rd. I waited and waited for it to open and I don't even know why, lane ave is worth the drive because they do a better job, you might have to deal with rudeness on lane Ave but it does taste better and done the right way! They only give you a dot of whip cream here and there's so big of chunks of ice that you can't even sip it up from the straw and the Carmel freezer should have Carmel on top of the whip cream and sides of the cup, they don't do that here but Lane Ave does, they can't help the long lines but if your going to wait that long in a line, you would think it's because the products are awesome but that's not the case at...

I am a regular customer here I normally have a great experience ! until today ! I was greeted for the first time by a male barista he was a tall white guy with long straight dark hair, I have never seen him there before, I ask him a simple question he didn’t understand, I ask him again he just nodded to get me out of his way, handing me the payment terminal to try to squeeze a tip out of me !!he was so disrespectful that he didn’t even bring me my drink and I over heard him saying to one of the girls to take the drink to the crazy lady

I am guessing he just new or just a typical idiot ! hopefully he gets better training or removed from...
