Nothing wrong with the food or service. Food was hot and fresh, friendly staff, and the restaurant was clean. The one star is for Kelly the manager. She was very friendly to customers, but I didn’t like the way she was speaking to her employees. We came during the lunch rush so there was a decent-sized line to order. Kelly seemed extremely stressed and was snapping at the employees in a voice loud enough the entire restaurant could hear. She made a comment to the young lady working the register about how she wasn’t pushing the correct button, and while I understand wanting your employees to do their jobs correctly and efficiently, she said it in a condensing and demeaning tone. It was unprofessional and inappropriate. She was so worried about what the girl on the register was doing that she could hardly keep her eyes on what she was doing herself. The girl behind the register did a fine job, she just seemed to be new. Apparently, nobody was moving fast enough for Kelly. You could feel the tension in the room because of her. I’ve worked in customer service many years. A well-run establishment does not let you see the stress of the rush. They just push through as quickly and efficiently as they can. Customers understand that there are rushes, but there is no need to be yelling at the top of your lungs and barking orders at employees. This seems like a high-stress and hostile work...

I went one night and my card wouldn't work after several attempts. He told me to not worry about it he'll take care of it. But little did he know I was having a bad day since 6:00 am and this was around 9:00 pm. My husband just retired from the Army of 21 years and 4 deployments had his first mental breakdown from PTSD that morning. I was back and forth all day at the hospital and haven't eaten that whole day. That was the best thing of my whole day what he did for me. Read moreI have been to this Subway several times with good service and good food. This morning was the absolute opposite. Upon entering I was not greeted while the only worker that I saw was preparing bread. I didn't have on my glasses so I ask. You do serve breakfast sandwiches correct because I don't have my glasses. She didn't say anything I asked again and she said "yes if you look". I said I don't have my glasses and I don't see it. She then pointed to the board with the breakfast menu which is smaller then the main menu, easy to overlook. I left without ordering. I went back in to ask for a manager and was told they were not yet in. I will follow up with a call to the store. I applaud and review good service as equally as I write on terrible service.
