I donât recommend Firehouse in general nor do I recommend the NAS store. When done correctly Firehouse (hook and ladder) is my favorite sub. The challenge is the company is poorly run. I tried placing an order via the website and that wouldnât work. Then I tried downloading the app. Got all the way to the payment and it would work. The irony when I called the store the recording says the âeasiestâ way to place an order is the website and the app. I then pressed 3 to speak to a mgr. The mgr answered and was very kind. I explained to him the challenge and experience Iâd had and he said, âyeah itâs probably down Iâve gotten that a lot latelyâ. I said, well if I owned the place Iâd be frustrated. He said, âIâll send them an email and theyâll probably get it Monday as they arenât around over the weekendâ.
Then the best part, he said âthanks for calling to let me know. Have a good day and sorry about thatâ. Then he hung up. I just started laughing. I put my online order in at 6:45 & arrived at 7 when the order was supposed to be ready, I waited patiently with three other guests for our sandwiches. As the other guests receive their orders 2 of 3 of the guests sandwiches had been made wrong. At this time its 7:25 & a customer walks in & makes an in store order, he recieves his sandwich & its wrong, they then fix it & he's leaves (MEANWHILE HE CAME 25 MINUTES AFTER ME & RECIEVED HIS ORDER BEFORE ME). I recieved my sandwich at 7:35, complete fail. Adrian was the only worker that knew what he was doing. He was continuously having to fix the orders his Coworkers messed up. This location was great last year when I'd come all the time but now it's horrible & complete waste of time. There were 3 other employees working with Adrian & they all need serious training, he clearly was carrying the whole operation on his back within the 35 minutes I was in the restaurant observing/waiting for my sandwich.    Read moreOrdered a sandwich online (I work right down the road). When I went to pick it up, the employee I encountered (named Jeanette) told me that the online ordering system was down. I showed her my confirmation and she still refused to make the sandwich. I showed where my card had been charged and asked for a refund but she refused. I told her my card had been charged multiple times but she offered no additional solution except to call my CC to get the charge removed from my account. This place looks like they just opened. If management wants local business employees to become loyal customers, they need to weed out employees who donât make an attempt at fixing simple problems, especially if a customer shows them a confirmation email and proof that they had been charged for their meal. I should not have to call my CC and dispute the charge. That is laziness on the part of Jeanette. Word of advice to the ownersâ donât keep the lazy employees. They will ruin your reputation.
