Starbucks — Restaurant in Jacksonville

We don't normally come to this location but I was very displeased with the service we received at this Starbucks. The young girl working was incredibly rude, she kept walking off while taking our order, wouldn't even acknowledge us whenever we tried several times to get her attention, started making our order wrong and I had to correct her, and whenever the order was done she sat it on the counter and walked off without saying a word. While I stood there "waiting" on my order she started talking to the other employees and only several minutes later rudely told me my order was done. Same Starbucks quality, but sometimes it's a little slow because of the line and only 1 person working, which is not really a complaint but something you'd expect with any Starbucks. They have plastic cupholders that attach to your cart so you can walk around shopping, which is convenient, but sometimes they are all used up and not available. In my opinion, it's a little too tight of a fit with a cart going through the line/sitting down/etc, so I recommend getting your Starbucks first before shopping. This location doesn’t carry their Salted caramel chocolate covered almonds. I finally asked as the space in the bin is repeatedly empty after several months of checking and asking. The female barista told me they don’t have enough room. The whole side of the bin next to the espresso beans are empty. There was no apologies either.
