Kahve Coffee & Eatery — Restaurant in Jacksonville

I have to say today I was VERY DISAPPOINTED! I decided to dine in . My order was was practically $40.00!!!!! For 2 sandwiches a bagel and 2 coffees. I always come into this place for their lavender lattes but today I didn’t understand at to why and how it was that we got our food but not our drinks until we were done eating and ended up still having to wait to have our drinks made. I literally sat at my table watching person after person come in order their drinks then leave. Even after I would make eye contact with girl behind the counter she kept telling me she was going to make my drinks and still nothing! It is upsetting when you are a customer that is physically there dining in and you disregard them and pay more attention to everyone else who just comes and goes. Literally I counted … 9 people ordered and got their drinks before we did as we sat there waiting for ours. And once we had to wait for our drinks 3 more people for their drinks . Had it not been that I paid $40 for that I would have walked out!!!! Ohhh and one last thing .. when she made my drink wrong I told her it was supposed to be hot not iced the other girl with her had the nerve to ROLL HER EYES!!!! Like WTFFFF?!??? So not only did you make us wait 12 people later for our drinks then make it wrong but then you have the nerve to roll your eyes about it AND EVEN APOLOGIZE ABOUT IT!!! It’s so unfortunate bc this place is actually really good. And I was a consistent customer but this right here...

Before I even made it inside I absolutely loved this place. My barista was sitting outside and chatted me up on the way in; she was extremely sweet and friendly. The coffee? DELICIOUS. I had a dirty chai and highly recommend it. I haven’t even gotten my sandwich/salad yet but I’m sure those will be fire also. I’m sad you guys are about 25 minutes away from where I live, but I will gladly make the trip here and again because it’s definitely worth it on those days I’m craving a good cup and don’t want to make it myself. Thanks for such a wonderful experience 🥰

She brought my sandwich just as I was about to post….I got the breakfast one and it’s tasty 😋. Definitely more of an actual breakfast than some other shops closer to home. LOVE this place. Thanks again!

I had an Iced white mocha with honey and lavender, the peaches and cream macaroons and a roast beef Sandwich which with egg. The kitchen closes at 2 pm on the weekends and then it’s just bakery items for actual food. Everything tasted really good. The macaroons could use a little more cream but otherwise it was definitely worth a second and third visit. The Coffee was light refreshing and not overly sweet. The customer service was superb. A great chill spot to just have a catch up with some friends. My brothers girlfriend got the red velvet cheesecake I think it was and that was really good too.
