We were eager to try this place out and decided to wait a month or so after it open so they could get the kinks out so to speak. We made reservations for the drag, brunch called Wigs’ n Waffles. Seating was prompt and service was good throughout the stay. The show was excellent and festive and the cocktails were great. I was disappointed, however in the billing of a “drag brunch “and there was only two breakfast items on the menu. The featured item was waffles that come with chicken strips, but somehow they were out of chicken strips. Seeing that they are one of the limited number of items on your lunch menu,I was surprised that you would run out, especially on a busy brunch weekend. I had to offer up a substitution which was acceptable. The waffles came out, but there was only two and they were very small but they were indeed very good. I would think if you’re going to offer a brunch you would have more than two items to choose from like maybe offer an eggs Benedict or an omelette, or pancakes or a breakfast sandwich. My guest ordered other lunch items which came out and were very good so my hope is that this lunch and breakfast menu gets ramped up to include more than just a small handful of items. I will go back in a month or so to see if any changes have been implemented. There is a strong need for a good lunch spot in Murray Hill in an order for this place to succeed they need to ramp up their menu fast! Service was great and drinks...
Read moreI'm going to give a 5 star because I believe in this place and our community, but the service needs some work. Reservation was for 9pm with the show starting at 930. The previous show didn't end until after 930 so everyone was jammed together waiting for 45 minutes. Then they get everyone seated around 945. By 950 the show is starting and our server doesn't even get to us until around 1015. Drinks took forever to come even after ordered. We went almost an hour into the show with no drinks. Then, we ordered an appetizer and noticed everyone around us got their food and we had not. We asked the server how long, and he said, "I don't know.. I put the food in and the kitchen brings it." Ummm okay. So we waited. Finally when they started to bring checks out, we asked again. He finally went to check on it, came back and said it was given to someone else, so we just cancelled it. He did apologize at the end, but that could have definitely been handled better. The show was great and the dancers are amazing. It's mainly the service and disorganization of the place that is the problem. Parking is already limited., keeping the shows on time and schedule will help with that as well. We also would've been happier to show up closer to 945 vs. waiting almost an hour after the reservation time. Please know we support this business and believe it's important for our community to thrive. Please take the advice...
Read moreOkay where do I begin… I’m a first timer and my friend told me I would love this place and she was right!! My first time was at Sinful Saturdays the show was absolutely amazing 😍 I suggest making reservations bc the seating is usually close to the stage but no matter where you are seated you will be able to enjoy the show bc when I tell you these entertainers know how to entertain 🤩 they are going to give you a big show!! That’s whether it’s night or day as I found out today, the brunch (day) show is just as lit as the night show 😜 so come with a lot of energy, your dollar bills bc they work for tips (that are well deserved), and an appetite bc their food is delicious 🤤. The drinks are great also. Try a frozen margarita and pretty in pink.. Yw 😉 The food and drinks are reasonably priced for the quality. Our servers Tai and Derrick were thee best!! And Steve ☺️ not sure his title but he greets you at the door with a smile every time and makes sure you enjoyed yourself. He really warmed my heart when he saw me and recognized me 😁 GO!! YOU...
