We stopped by on our way to Orlando. We don’t have an Ikea where we live, and after noticing it while getting gas thought it might be fun for our kids to try Swedish meatballs. The food was great, but this review is about the workers. We were trying to keep everything and everyone contained as we moved through that line area with our trays, and the women working the cash registers noticed we had our hands full. To help out, both of them came over and engaged with my kids—especially my son with special needs who can sometimes be hard to understand. They engaged and laughed with him in a very genuine and personal way while I got everyone and everything together, and I appreciated it. My only suggestion for the restaurant is: the prices of certain dishes are not clearly priced or included due to weekday deals, which can be confusing. The change is only told be mouth. One can also get over charged without carefully reviewing the final receipt. I have a habit of reviewing receipt. They do get very busy, so it is not their fault for the error. But make sure you check your receipt. They would be more than happy to correct any error for you. In terms of food, it is simply amazing with quality. They failed to tell me that a refund would take a while to refund. I still don’t know because I have yet to have someone tell me how long it takes. But I went to spend the money that they were supposed to just refund me, saving some for my family to have dinner tonight- and nope. There’s no money refunded. They’ve lost me and my family. I don’t like when people aren’t transparent. That’s on you to warn me, “hey, these funds might take x -x business days to appear”
