Subs are really good here. My first visit. We got 2 Turkeys, a Mike's Philly and a Club. All were made with fresh cut meat, right there in front of you. Limited amount of toppings, but enough to please. The associates were very friendly and quick to make our order. Hot subs done right on the grill. Will definitely be back.

Walked in and employees looked at me and straight up ignored me and were just talking to each other no one was in the store. I left they didn't care and probably were happy so they didn't have to make anything. F minus don't get a job if you don't give a flip.

The Jersey Mike’s on University west is by far the worse one in Jacksonville. My sandwich was very much thrown together and sloppy and it was absolutely no reason for it. My instructions said light EVERYTHING. I am disgusted.

So me and my husband came out to run some errands never in a million years will I eat a submarine early in the morning at 10 a.m. but I wind up at my best Jersey Mike's on University and got me a mini sandwich roast beef and provolone my husband got the works everything was fresh from the first bite to the last bite fix and prepared Perfect by Miss Ciara. I felt awkward going into this place ... I was really happy as it was my first time and the lady working just laughed at me and wasn't helpful. She got my friend's order completely wrong and didn't ask us to split it...she just assumed he would pay for it, and that's wrong . I also got VIOLENTLY sick after eating this food. My friend had a bad reaction, too, and he eats cheap fast food frequently. Be careful....health inspection needs to frequent this place more often. Usually never have an issue here, always wonderful service and food. However this time was extremely different. We came in for lunch and the young lady in the blue polo was very hostile towards my husband and myself during the check out process, she slammed our drinking cups down and acted as if our transaction was an inconvenience for her.
