Krispy Kreme — Restaurant in Jacksonville

Why do I always get the unfriendly, vindictive people? This is a donut place, a happy place! If you’re not happy to be running a register a KK at 50-something, then do something to change it! Don’t be mean to patrons who are making your store money!

I waited 35 minutes on a DOORDASH order! I came in, made my presence known, said I wanted to get out of their customers’ way, I’m waiting on xxxx’s order. I went outside, came back 12 min later, no one had done a thing, hadn’t even looked up the order yet. I finally ask about it again, showing them the name for the 1st time after 20 minutes, and he checked the computer then walked away to do something else. Knowing I was being paid by the hour, he could knock himself out with slowness, meant more money for me.

Finally he starts slamming around boxes and trays and shaking the bag out so loud, clearly he thought he had a right to be angry for—what, doing his job? Fit helping a Dasger who was making his store money on 2.5 dozen doughnuts that now cost over $2 a freaking donut!!! Absurd. Apparently he finally got done bagging my order, unbeknownst to me, I didn’t know it was mine. Another Dasher comes in, she waits a good 10 min. Meanwhile, Angry Gray knows my order is done yet he intentionally hides that fact from me, n just let’s my customer wait 35 minutes before finally, the Dasher told me she thought it was my order. So I go up there n I’m like, is this seriously my order just sitting here. He gives me a fake , “oh yeah, sorry” n I just smile n say, “No, thank you, bud, you made me a good chunk of money, I got paid to wait!” N walked out. I also got tipped $15 on top of it, so Grumpy Gray? Thank you for the $25 38 minutes!!! You need to get a new job where ur not so miserable. If it were my KK, he’d be fired on the spot for lying & mistreating anyone like that in my store. Can u imagine, being 50-something & still acting like a 13 year old brat? Men. 🙄 well, little men. 🙄

I definitely will not be returning to...

I go to the San Jose location about once a week to get donuts for my father, a Vietnam Veteran, and my coworkers. I am a rewards member. Every single week, there is a problem with this location and with my orders. Yesterday I had finally had enough and canceled my order and demanded a refund. I pre-ordered, pre-paid and even gave the establishment extra time to complete my order because they never have it ready. When I arrived, my order was not on the table identified as "Online Orders" - this happens a lot so I usually go to the front where their bags are to look through those to see if any of them belonged to me. The lady who said she was a manager told me to wait my turn and go to the back of the line...which I did...and when it finally became my turn (20 minutes later), I was told they could not complete my order because they did not have all of the doughnuts...WHAT? She said they also do not have enough time to walk the bags over to the online order table. Why would customers place orders on line to then have to wait in line to get their order? Why do they never have enough donuts? Why do I stand there forever each week I come in and wait for someone to help me? I got my refund receipt back and was told to contact the GM today..that she would be in this morning (Jocelyn?). However, I think she may be the problem since this is an ongoing issue each week I come in. Terrible customer service, terrible treatment by the employees, and I am tired of dealing with this every week. There is a breakdown somewhere, and I will blame the managers for this. Of all the Krispy Kreme's in Jacksonville, the Atlantic Blvd and Cassatt Avenue ones, I've never had a problem with. I am so disappointed. It's a great location, but it's not worth...

Folks I have to tell you I am in the middle of getting a job trying to which Krispy Kreme and they are so patient and so understanding I went in there and I met with one of the managers she was awesome and I spoke with the store manager he was awesome and they're been really great working with me trying to get situated with your computers in the people they did they hire on employees and things they just been awesome and the customers were so was so excited about being there when I was sitting watching and the employees were still together everybody works at 1 and it was so awesome I have to tell you the Krispy Kreme on San Jose awesome do you know if you want to go to a great Krispy Kreme the one on San Jose is awesome not saying that all of them but the great people and they really patient and they understand with a customer needs and you know I give them a five stars because they're awesome and they are just great all the way around the managers the employees kind Smiles respectable great people so check out the cream on San Jose check them all out they're all great but this one I had an opportunity to see first-hand so keep me in prayer and luck with getting a job and hopefully it'll...
