Ashley Store — Local services in Jacksonville

Unfortunately the mattress I purchased was misrepresented. It's supposed to be 10". It's actually a solid 11 and half. So my 10" fitteds don't work either do 14"s. I didn't want any memory foam on it whatsoever. It is topped with quilted foam. It has to be twirled every 3 months because it sags on the side that I get in. (It's near a wall by necessity.) Too heavy for an 80 year old with a bad spine. It added a topper because its not a restful mattress and so 14" sheets would fit. I've had it a less than a year, and I've had it. I'm trashing it. The worst and the most expensive mattress I've ever bought. Rudest associates refused to help. They told me the other store in town was closed, which was not true. I went to the Mattress Store ( which has odd hours) and it was the nicest experience. The rep was helpful got me exactly what I needed and had it delivered that week. Even took my mattress from Ashley free and was going to sanitize it and donate it to a charity. Way to go...

After my horrific experience will never be returning here after years of supporting the Ashley brand. Thanks to their miscommunications my bed delivery has been delayed by a week and I was assured it would be set up and delivered today. Because of their assurances I arranged to have my old mattresses removed. This has now meant that I am without anywhere to sleep in my own home due to this. Will never spend another done at this store or with the Ashley brand and will be sharing this experience as widely as possible so more people know about this reprehensible...

For the second fall in a row, I was thoroughly impressed. I bought a bed last year with Bridget and she was so amazing. This year I went back in and selected furniture just before discount season. Bridget was kind enough to text and let us know later in the week that the furniture went on deeper discount for Black Friday. Went in today 11/11, and Bridget helped us deal the deal, got us financed, and even talked us into add ons that we actually needed. Bridget and the other ladies are wonderful!! Cannot wait to have our furniture...
