JCPenney — Local services in Jacksonville

Got a few sweaters and other tops for spring and fall. They are pretty awesome, as the store is always nicely lit, clean and well organized. The rep tried to offer me a credit card, but the interest rates are way too high. Good way to try to entice people to become loyal repeat customers though and build credit if your bank turns you down. Would be nice if they had more US made clothes, but I understand, they don't make them, they just sell them. Anyway, great customer service, with plenty of people working there in case you need help...

Great store!! How great it is to have a JC penney in jacksonvile. Our only department store. Smaller than most Penneys but a great variety and as always at JC Penney,great values. Please dont ever leave Jacksonville. Everyone I know shops here and loves this store looks like a JC Penney that would have operated during my 1957 ton1966 tv show. Not all bright and shiny like new storws. Just a nice,old fashioned store that relies on good product and very low key atmosphere no blaring rap music like in most department stores....

I ordered a pair of clearance shoes online and had them shipped to store. 4 days later before the shoes came in, I saw online that they had discounted them even further. So I checked with the store to see if they would credit me the additional discount when they came in. They would not. They said I would have to order them again and then return the first pair. This seems ridiculous to me and a lot more expense for them. But I ordered the second pair and will return the first ones...
