Rent-A-Center — Local services in Jacksonville

I know some are skeptical of rent to own places but I've had an amazing experience. Today our stove caught on fire and the heating element broke off. My husband and I work lots of hours and have no time to wait for someone to come fix it so I called rent a center because we have other merchandise from them. Those guys went to hell and back to find us a stove . I also would like to say that we are broke with 5.00 to our name and they still went out of their way to get me a stove with some free time until our check comes on the 13th. They are bringing it for us on Monday. Not anyone that I know of would do this for anyone. My family is completely grateful for them helping us in this low point . SO impressed with the customer service at this location in Jacksonville, IL. Luis was great. He even texted me photos of the washer and dryer set he suggested to us as I was driving and being a go-between for my husband to be in the know and make decisions. He was patient, kind, and he didn't waste any time. He did the most to make sure we got a deal and weren't without clean clothes for more than a few days. I came into rent a center Awesome because of a great deal I had heard about I got I got the Xbox one bundle with headset and two controllers and a game pro pass when I go to pick up my bundle there is no headset there’s one controller there’s no game pass and the associate tells me oh well the controllers brand new and gives me the excuse that the game pass was already used by the person who owned it previously and they also kept the headset but for some reason I’m supposed to pay the full $70 price for a bundle that I didn’t even get Very unhappy with...
