Tonight my friend placed an Uber Eats pickup order. I went through the drive thru and had to call my friend to confirm the order. Then they tell me since my friend isnāt here with me they canāt give me the food. Whatever, Iām not gonna give the drive thru cashier a hard time.
My issue is that I went inside to figure it out and the order was just sitting there getting cold on the un-heated pickup shelf where anyone could grab it. How does that make any sense?
In the past they have told me they didnāt have my mobile order (placed on the Taco Bell app) and I was out of luck even if I could show them the email receipt, order on the app, or payment on my card. I had to reorder everything and they wouldnāt let me order anything that was exclusive to the app, as if I was supposed to place another mobile order so they could say they didn't have it again.
Another time, I placed a pickup on Doordash to avoid using the Taco Bell app so hopefully it didn't just disappear like last time. When I went to the drivethru and told them I had a Doordash pickup, I was yelled at that "Delivery drivers have to come inside when the lobby is open!" I'm not a delivery driver I'm a customer, and even if I was a delivery driver, why be rude?
Seems like someone at this store has an issue with delivery drivers to the point that it's affecting their customers. Please figure it out. Telling customers who have paid for food and have every indication that you're aware of that shouldn't be given the cold shoulder and told they can't be helped in any way. Extremely unhelpful management here, this shouldn't even...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis place could really use more professional staffing for the evening shift! In the last 18 months that we've resided in the countryside of Jacksonville we have only visited about 10-12 times max, all after 5pm. Of which literally only 3 times that I can recall have we not had our order messed up! This last particular visit the staff was more interested in talking to each about their social life and the last "chick" in the drive thru then to realize that they had customers waiting to order up front. They did the very same thing again to a woman and her two daughters that came in about 5 to 10 minutes behind us so after she got tired of standing around with no welcome hello or person to wait on them she used the mobile order service! That's honestly sad! Gave a 3 star rating only because the food is decent but the staff should focus on work inside of work and have appropriate conversations when customers can hear it. It would greatly increase the amount of wasted food as well because the mistakes would greatly...
