McDonald's — Restaurant in Jacksonville

Hello. After working 16 hours yesterday, I went to the McDonald's on university, by powers avenue. I got there at 12:57 and didn't leave until 1:24, just ordering 4 cheeseburgers (2 for my boyfriend) and a coke. When I pulled up to the speaker, I was not greeted with any kind words, just "Order when you're ready." After ordering, and pulling around, the 2nd car ahead of me pulled off and a man WALKS up to the window, literally from the bushes. Again, now there's one car between me and the window, but a man is there, is given a large drink and is there talking to the worker for about 8 minutes. They finally hand him a huge bag and he walks off. Some could have Come to the back window or something to apologize for how long it took. So the next car goes and it's finally my turn. She says not one word to me, as she's on the speaker with another car, getting their order. She just sticks out her hand for my payment. I give it to her and she hands me an order. The wrong order. The order she handed me had fries in it and the drink was not a coke. I tell her as she comes back with my card and she doesn't apologize or anything. She just reaches out her hand to take the order back. Then says, "I'll need to do a refund," insinuating she'll need my card back, so I hand it to her. She comes back with a refund and the new receipt. What happens next feels like an eternity. It took FOREVER to get the 4 cheeseburgers. Finally she just hands it to me. No words. No apology. My order took almost 20 mins for a chicken sandwich. Others had been waiting for 30 to 60+ mins. These times are not exaggerated. I heard one woman say she had been waiting an hour. I thought she was likely being overly dramatic. Later I asked to see her order and sure enough it had been over an hour. One person was waiting 40 mins for just 2 chicken tender orders. After questioning why it was taking so long we were finally told they were understaffed and that someone ordered 300 chicken sandwiches. The employees were then rude when customers expressed dissatisfaction. All the while there is a steady flow in/out of the drive through as they were getting their orders timely. The manager was cooking but she too was rude saying we were giving attitude and better not come at her like that. The employees at the very least should have set expectations to the dine in customers that the wait time was going to exceed 20 mins so we could decide if we wanted to place an order or go elsewhere. Even when orders were ready the employee would yell out a food item. We'd all ask "for which order" and never once could she tell us the order number it belonged to. None of us wanted to take food before someone else who had been waiting longer. There was absolutely no sense of customer service and no apology for the ridiculous wait. McDonald's employees want to make top dollar but time after time the orders are incorrect!! I arrived at the University West store this morning at approximately 6:20am and there were no other customers so I thought ok, they'll be able to concentrate and possibly get my order correct, nope! I went through the drive thru, let's start by discussing the fact that you can't hear the person that's trying to take your order...I also found out this morning that they can't hear you at the speaker! Strange, I would think that's where the best communication is needed, when you're taking someone's order. So, the girl that was trying to take my order asked my to drive up to the 2nd window because she couldn't hear my order, so I did. I asked for a sausage, egg and cheese mcmuffin, 2 sausage and cheese biscuits and 3 hash browns... pretty simple order if you ask me. Here's what I found in the bag when I got home after working a 12 hour shift...1 sausage mcmuffin with cheese (hard as a rock and missing the egg), 2 sausage biscuits (also hard as a rock and missing the cheese I asked for-so hard I was unable to eat them so they went to the trash), and 3 hash browns (they got those right). I hate giving bad reviews and I know that this will not get back to the store, ever... and nobody will ever get back to me about this order, oh well. It just really bugs me that all I wanted was a simple breakfast and McDonald's is no longer a good place to...
