McDonald's — Restaurant in Jacksonville

Needs new staff ASAP They’re always rude and careless with customer orders. They don’t even greet you they just look at you when you walk up to the register and then ask if “that’s it” after you order one item. Almost like you’re bothering them although they’re getting paid to do a simple job. This place needs better management and needs to train their employees on proper etiquette especially for front facing customer service. I ordered a hamburger happy meal with no pickle, no mustard, of course they still gave me a regular hamburger despite the fact that I ordered it that way because my son is allergic to mustard. If someone is paying for something, your job is to give them what they paid for. After I had gotten my food, I walked up to the counter to ask for straws and the girl in the front looks at me and says with a sarcastic tone while rolling her eyes “they’re right there” and points to a small bin by the register that I obviously didn’t see because there were so many people at the front counter. The eye roll was unnecessary, if she hates her job that much then she should have gone to school for a career. She doesn’t need to work there with that nasty attitude she had towards every customer who asked her a question. My order consisted of three happy meals total, which they did not even give me the drinks to. I didn’t realize until I was already at my car as I had completely forgotten about the drinks due to how atrocious my experience with the staff...

I feel like the staff at this McDonald's are so bored with their jobs that they play pranks on paying customers just to give themselves a tiny serotonin boost. 2 weeks in a row they got my order wrong (11/29)& (12/6). Last week they "forgot" to put my breakfast sandwich in my bag. I checked before I left even though I shouldn't have to. And yesterday I ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese biscuits/ sub round egg for both and 1 sausage egg mcmuffin. The sausage egg mcmuffin comes with a round egg but they deliberately put a folded egg on my sandwich. Why ? Because they like to prank their customers. Idk what type of reaction they are hoping to get. the folded egg on the mcmuffin really pissed me off.. I'm not the type of person who yells at the people who make food so that just shows how they are messing with people for their own personal satisfaction . Pranks that involve customer's hard earned money are not funny and I hope someone reminds...

Wish I could give them 0 🌟 At arrival there wasnt anybody at the register. There was a female employee standing with her back to the register. After standing at the counter for a few more seconds I said hello, the young female turned around rolled her eyes and turned back around. No greeting or any type of recognition. Then a young man came running from around the register and took my order. When I asked for the young ladies name, that was rude, the young man said he didn't know and she was new. I know that isn't true, so I asked for the manager and when I asked her for the young ladies name, the manager asked me why and became very defensive. At this point I just decided I would share the whole horrendous customer service experience. And to add insult to injury the Iced Tea I ordered was not good at all. Lose lose. I will NEVER visit this McDonald's ever and will not and do...
