That old a$$ lady at the window between the hours of 2am-3am needs to be TERMINATED.
What I ordered: #4c, Sweet tea, Large (2) #7’s, Diet coke, Coke, Large #5, Water, Large Got to the window, she asks me if I ordered 3 Medium cokes and a Medium Sweet tea. I said no, I ordered all larges. She replied “well that’s what she has you rung up for”. She did not try to change my order after I clarified 2x I needed my drinks large since I paid for large. She ignored the whole situation. Hands me my drinks, I noticed there was 3 cokes and a sweet tea. I told her there was suppose to be a water, not an extra coke. She says “Are you really gonna hand me that back, Why are you handing me that back?” I said “Ma’am this is wrong I ordered large drinks and one of those drinks was a water and there is no water on this cup holder” She replies “Have you even paid yet” I replied, “No this is the window I was told to go to.” (No payment was ever asked for). After this conversation she proceeds to talk $hit about me with the window WIDE OPEN and say “This lady’s acting like she’s gonna die without a water” “Somebody better get this lady” “Oo, I can’t wait to get off at 3” “Can 3 come any sooner”. Yes, I am going to die without my water that I paid for (which is usually free). She then opens the window and says “Sorry this machine is acting up, it isn’t printing me your water, have a nice night” Then closes the window. I sit there in total shock of how I’ve been treated this whole time, from start to beginning. I wait for my water because I do not drink coke and it doesn’t take a machine to “print” a plastic cup of water. She opens the window back up and I tell her I want my water, as she’s waiting for the water she tells me my car smells bad and then proceeds to hand me my water and tell me to have a good night. I will never be giving this mcdonald’s another nickel until she is terminated. Somebody need to get their granny before I knock her a$$...

In addition, they do not prioritize quality of employee when it comes to customer service, including management. This specific McDonalds is despicable. I placed a mobile order in the app, but when I did the app started to act slow and malfunction. I waited for it to refresh and then received an 8 back to back notifications from my email and my capital one saying my “Thank you for your order”, “you purchase was approved”, upon checking I was charged 4 times for the single order. The order totaled about $40, so I am out of a total $160. I called the store before my arrival and spoke to a manager by the name of Ms.Shawn, she cut me off instantly when I tried to explain my issue, she stated that they do not help or have anything to do with mobile ordering and I asked her who I could contact and she just kept repeating herself and saying that she doesn’t know, she then became condescending and used a tone that I would compare to a pitbull, and referred to me as sweetheart. I hung up, proceeded to go pick up my order. When I arrived at the speaker I provided my code and went to the 1st window. I spoke Samaria who was very helpful and nice, she provided me with the General Managers phone number and the number for their Corporate. She then said that she would cancel the additional orders on her side and proceeded to do so, then Ms Shawn walked over and started to yell at her or I would describe it as bark considering her tone was very demeaning. She told her she shouldn’t have done that and that they would have just disappeared. Samaria asked her not to speak to her like that, and she just walked away. Samaria apologized and told me to have a good day, and call. I proceeded to get my order and now here I am. Read moreToday I went through the drive-thru for breakfast. I was behind a few cars in line, and had to wait to order, however the line moved very quickly & the food was actually very hot & fresh! The employees who assisted me today were a younger male who handled the cash drawer and provided me exact change. He was very kind and had a nice smile (which is refreshing considering the prior employees I have encountered in the past were very vague and gave the impression that they were annoyed to be working; not very friendly). At the next window I had an older lady and she is just as sweet as can be. She is very polite, and makes sure to tell you to come back again & to have a great day. All in all id rate 10 out of 10 I recommend. Also, if you haven't downloaded the McDonald's app .. You're missing out on saving money & free food! This morning I got 2 sausage, egg, and cheese mcgriddles, and a hash brown for $9 and some change because I used the app, and only paid 1$ for my 2nd sandwich. That's a savings of $5 + dollars! Then I dropped my daughter's food off to her at work And went through McDonald's drive thru again and got my dog a sausage, egg, and cheese McMuffin for free by using my points.
