Came to this location at the WORST TIME. My husband and I ordered today at their drive-thru at 2/27/22 at 6:40pm. TO THE LADY who was taking drive-thru orders and the one who gave us our food and took our payment (she had black and purple hair) my husband was super skeptical about her. My husband said when she asked for our card and took our payment my husband watched her go to the cash register and was looking around before coming back to us which we found super suspicious - not only, she also had her cell phone on her hand (SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL) I dare this lady and hope she did not take a picture of my card information. I will seriously go down to this location and sue that employee if that was the case. My husband then asked for our receipt but apparently the lady said “we don’t have paper right now” what kind of business that has long working hours don’t have paper???? Unprofessional and she was also not friendly nor not welcoming even when we drove up. Management needs to look into this. Our order was also all wrong (my husband didn’t feel the need to go back and have to wait at the looooong line and because the dining room was closed sadly and didn’t want to throw a fit) When we got home we were even more disappointed , the food tasted so bad and not fresh like as if it was made the day before. My husband’s sandwich bread ripped off and tasted old. Same with mine. Management really needs to into this. Understaffed or not, this place needs to learn how to run this...
Read moreWe have been here when the hours on their window say they are supposed to be open but they have the doors locked with only the drive through open. This was at around 10:20 in the morning. One staff member was motioning towards the drive through so we know it wasn't like they forgot to open the doors. The drive through was very long so we wound up leaving.
We decided to give this location another try. The staff was friendly which is the only reason we're giving this location 2 stars instead of 1. The tea dispensers were in the back for some reason (we've never seen this at any other location) so we had to wait for 10 minutes to get the employees to fill them. Yes, 10 minutes. The staff asked what we were waiting for and we told them were still waiting for our Teas back. We asked for 1 sweet and 1 half cut tea, they handed back 2 sweet teas. We didn't bother asking them to fix it because we just wanted to leave at that point.
The women who served us were very friendly. I cannot stress that enough. But maybe some more staffing would help things run smoothly.
Also, if you say you're going to be open at a certain time then open your store at that time or put up a sign that says something is wrong if that's the case.
Edit: Gave it another shot; their ice cream machine was not broken and the order was accurate. Friendly...

I asked may I have them fresh, and was told yes, but I would have to pull up, which I did. A young lady came out and very nicely said sorry for the wait. I looked in the bag and there was no apple pie, there was a mcdouble. I tried to get her attention but she disappeared into the store. I then had to park and go in. I gave the bag to someone and explained the mix up of the mcdouble instead of the pies. She came out and said I gave you your order I said yes, but I didn't order a mcdouble I ordered two pies. A young man came from the back and said I have your pies right here sorry about that he said very nicely. I said thank you and as we walked out she said have a good day you didn't have to come in here with all that anyway. My son wanted to say something but I asked him not to. I do want people to know there is some people in this McDonald's with bad attitude, I mean just angry for no reason. This was my favorite McDonald's for a long time.. I can't stand spending my money and having to deal with that attitude. It's is mainly the female employees with the attitude that the customer need them.
