These guys are consistently inaccurate as much as they are unsafe and unprofessional. Tonight, for example, I placed an order for a big Mac meal through their app. I placed it well before the restaurant closed and I went inside to wait for my order because after i placed my order and waited in spot 7, they kept serving every car that pulled up after me with fresh hot food while i sat there and watched them. So i went inside to figure out why my big Mac was taking so long. They kept looking at me very suspiciously while they were preparing my order. Then, they kicked me out of their restaurant for no legal reason while I waited for my food quietly and patiently. When I reminded them of the law regarding customer service, and that i got there before they closed, they actually became somewhat hostile. So, I acquiesced and went outside, only to be followed out 40 seconds later with my order. I checked my order, and my food was overcooked and inedible. When i tried to tell them, they blamed it somehow on the mobile app and said if I wanted anything done about their several failures I had to get my justice somehow through the app. I've already been through this EXACT clownshow with this EXACT location once before, and i was the winner. They were forced by corporate to refund me despite their fiercest efforts against it. This location is BEGGING TO BE SHUT DOWN.
Also, nobody in this location ever wears gloves or hair nets. Like, ever. So they not only cant be trusted to give good customer service, but they also cant be trusted to handle your food in a safe manner that is compliant...
Read moreNot impressed. Food sub par. Staff very unprofessional. Manager on nights seemed to be annoyed that I asked a question. Upon entering the lobby was told that it was closed and that I would have to go outside and use the drive thru. Considering my wife and I walked and placed our order on the way there on the mobile app asked what option we had for picking up our food. Was told by gentleman at counter that he didn't know. There wasn't an option. I asked if we could wait in curbside pickup area (which we had done many times before) was told it was closed. Asked if, since curbside was closed Even though it had just allowed me to place the order in such fashion, if we could go through the drive thru. Was told no. So upon conversation ending there I asked what our options were and was told " I don't know what to do" so I asked if he could please ask someone so that I knew how to get the food I had just paid for and was told " i am the manager, and I dont know what to tell youexcept to cancel your order". Now I know mcd is a multimillion dollar business however I would like to think that yours and my dollar in the long run at least holds some value to them. But ok. So I asked, " and how long will it take for me to be refunded?" And again was told " I dont know". As I said before. Not impressed. Not only has the lobby yet to be reopened even as COVID took a lull and many restaurants and other businesses began to reopen to the public but they have all but seemingly taken a stance against human interaction lol. Read moreCan't make this up. ordered a happy meal and a double quarter pounder meal. the little one wanted to play on play land. so once got our meals. we go in there. took a bite and full raw both patties. take it back up there and they make a new one. waited almost 20 minutes and finally asked for a refund. at that moment young manager refunds only the burger n not meal. what ever. gets better. cashier apologizes and says here is a new one we remade it for you. guess outcome? rawer? cooked? or same? if you chose rawer, you win. even parents around me who were up there and saw this were like are you kidding. here is the best part. take it up there and show them. an assistant or teamlead girl comes up to me and goes what do you want. you didnt want the sandwich and we refunded the burger. i go are you kidding? who would be okay with a raw burger and eat that. i go not once but twice you served me raw meat and i guarantee the health department would like to know this and you most definent have been serving drive thru the same. she goes oh well i dont care call them. cause we refunded the burger and you didnt want it and was arguing in front of customers in front and goes idc if we served raw meat. yeah mcmooing is yum. have pics n reciepts showing this. lady at a certain burger place with crowns told me earlier her chicken had hair and she dealt with same person and was told we dont give refunds and you can only have a new one after 8 pm tonight. lol cant make this up. ding fries are done ding fries are done. so much...
