Save A Lot — Local services in Jacksonville

I just wanted to say Monday of this week my wife and I went here to go do some shopping, this store we always greet with Mrs.Ella and she's a very kind person that greets back you know says good morning and all that she went on break and when my wife and I came to check out there was nobody at register one so we were like waiting there and waiting there well get to the point nobody ever came to check us out so me and my wife we had to leave our groceries on the belt and we just walked out of the store and then it was some guy talking to some lady.

I called coporate and the rep sent me to a nonworking number, this is why your getting this review.

There is a lot of disrespect in today's society, I'm Cherokee indain, Italian, Slovak Jew.

I want assurance that this won't happen again.Through race religion sexual orientation or Creed.

I also would like to point out for my age I look very young I'm actually 47 years old my wife is 44 years old and some people think that we're in our twenties...

Save A Lot is a very nice store. I shop there all the time. Mrs Etta is a very nice cashier. Save A Lot is always clean and I love my spring water. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone that needs to save on their groceries. My issue is the whole Paxon Shopping Center Parking lot. The entire parking lot is a car and tire hazard. Potholes everywhere. Stay on the main road and only turn off wenur directly lined up with ur destination or shopping area. Only If you love ur car. And appreciate ur tires. Save A Lot, please know that I wasn't directing anything towards you. I do apologize for the misunderstanding and Thank you for your response. Wasn't expected. I got most of my Thanksgiving list from your store. Even my Turkey.. Where would I be without Save A Lot? Paying High prices...

I came into this location with my Daughters service Animal And was greeted by the rude security Guard That works the door and secures the meat ( I’m unsure of his name he’s lights skinned with curly hair) proceeds to tell me I can’t bring my dog inside. I made him aware that he was a service animal and he told me I still had to take him out of the store. I then talked to his manager (Tasha) who informed me that I was correct and that should have been the end of the conversation once I told him it was a service animal. The security is rude and nasty and I will be officially be filing a complaint. They lose business because of location as well as customer service. If I could give this place 0 stars I would … Absolutely the worst...
