So, I think its important to start by saying that I never write reviews. I only felt the need to write this one, because that's how frustrating my experience at this location has been over and over again (a fairly new Panera location). I rarely ever complain, even if something hasn't been great. So, for me to write this review, the service has been very poor. And, not just on one occasion... over and over again. This is a short list of the issues I have had, and its not all of them. Many have also happened multiple times: Waiting for a curbside order to be brought out for over 15 minutes, only to go inside and see it on the pick-up shelf. Also going inside after waiting 15+ minutes, not seeing the order on the shelf, and asking an employee who had to go to the kitchen to retrieve it. Hot coffee being served less than room temperature/luke warm/slightly cold (multiple multiple multiple times) Incorrect coffee order Breakfast sandwich that came out not warm, wet bread, sloppy at best with spinach and egg haphazardly spilling out, and chunks of avocado brown and also falling out of the sandwich. Impossible to eat without a fork. Again, I'm not usually a complainer. But, Panera is not the cheapest option, and I guess I expect a better experience than what I would expect at Mcdonalds. Read moreThere is always something missing or made wrong. If you customize, they’ll add some of the ingredients you requested, but not all. Most of the time on the website it will say they are out of a lot of items. Almost always says they are out of avocados and Asiago cheese focaccia bread. This time when we ordered, it wouldn’t let me order a ham sandwich because the pre-selected side was a baguette, and they were out of baguettes! So I had to customize and change the side JUST so I could get the sandwich. They were out of every single side except apples, and even when I selected apples, it still wouldn’t let me complete my order because it said there were items selected that were unavailable. It made me start over and select “no sides”, so I requested in the special instructions for chips if they had them because sometimes when we've called they say the website is messing up. I also requested an extra pickle. We got neither chips, nor a pickle. Also, a few months ago we recieved a panini with a fly inside of the packaging. That should have been the end right there but no, we’ve given them more chances. We’ve ordered and had full meals missing. Salads were ordered and given with no dressings. Read moreThis was a festival of errors. We decided on this location for a Saturday lunch. We wanted to take advantage of a modest offer by ordering through the app. We ordered on the app while sitting in the parking lot and got through the whole order and hit SEND. The app informed us there was a problem. We did it two more times, once from the parking lot and again from inside the dining room. It failed both times. So we went up to the kiosks knowing that we would likely to get the offer. We went through the whole order again and failed again. Another patron at the kiosks evidently experienced the same thing as he huffed and got in line to the counter cashier. The giggly cashier was nice but a low talker and just giggled when telling people about the problems. She said they knew about it but nothing was done. Our points did not scan. After ordering we found a relatively clean table; the dining room was not picked up and disorderly. We got our drinks at the unkempt drink station and had to ask that supplies be replenished. On the positive side the flatbread and southwest chicken sandwich were both very good, as was the pumpkin muffin.
