Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Jacksonville

I downloaded the app, credit card info would not work. Uninstalled and went to the website, credit card didn't work. Must have been typing and retyping assuming I was making an error for nearly 15 minutes. I called the store once, waited about 4 minutes and hung up. Finally used a different card & ordered through the site, it worked. I'm guessing they do not accept Mastercard as payment but when I asked at the restaurant register I was told they do. So I'm not sure why it wouldn't accept my card.

Arrived at the location, several people working but no one greeted me, or even paid me any mind until 4 customers had left. The cashier must have been new. He was quiet, soft spoken and seemed confused....

I got my stuff and left. Ordered a simple XL mushroom pizza. [Regular sauce and cheese]. Whoever made it was very heavy handed on the sauce for sure, should have selected "light". I also paid online and tipped before I ever recieved my product. Another mistake on my part....

If 15 pieces of mushroom on an XL pizza is considered a topping than I know not to ever order a mushroom pizza from Papa...

My family has patronized this location since it opened. has been great until my last order. completely forgot pizza, driver states they forgot to bag it, but the stickers on the box say how many items go with it. ordered pizza and wings. was supposed to be here in 37 minutes, 1 hour later the wings only showed up cold. I call the store to find out why and upon stating we have an issue with the order the call taker says "what about it". so i go to the store because no one has the ability to do their job apparently. the manager doesnt listen to the complaint, then tells me no refund without the pizza coming back. i said "i cant give you a pizza you didnt give me" i then asked if they would waste the pizza and offered to repay for it, and they refused me service and upon confronting them about this, the manager shockingly didnt listen to what i was saying again. this place can choke on a bag...

Have been ordering from this location for a while and never had much of an issue. However today after placing an order there delivery driver decided not to knock or ring our door bell or call us to inform us the food was here. After waiting over an hour for the food my husband stepped outside to call the and saw our food was placed outside by our garbage can. With flys and ants all over the boxes. When calling the establishment they informed us we were in the wrong and they were not obligated to call us or ring the door bell or even knock more then once and they would NOT be refunding us or making us new food. After much arguing with the manager they agreed to remake the food. This is incredibly unsanitary and not a good business practice I would recommend ordering from a different more...
