If I could give this particular Sonic no stars at all, I would. It took forever to get the food we ordered (about $30). When it finally DID come out, I received my drink only halfway full, my chicken dinner was completely missing, the fries for the food we DID have were cold, I did not have any cheese sauce for my pretzel twist, there was no toy in the Kid's meal, and did not get a receipt. I sent the drink back, asked for the toy for kid's meal and the cheese sauce, and for my chicken dinner. After another wait, I get my drink back and my chicken dinner, and was informed they ran out of toys and cheese sauce- with not even a hint of an apology, just like they expected me to just accept that fact and deal with it when I am not getting what I paid for. So when I requested to get a refund for pretzel twist since I don't eat them without cheese, he told me to return the pretzel with the receipt, and I told him he never gave me the receipt, magically they "found" cheese sauce, and I'm sure if they actually looked, they could have "found" a toy for the kid's meal. When I analyzed the overall atrocity of our visit, I wanted to get a receipt for proper record to report our visit. I pushed the red button at our same stall- no one ever answered after at least 5 minutes. I went to another stall because the drive-thru was backed up, and pushed the button there and got the same result. We waited so long for that one (while I called corporate) the drive thru cleared up, so I pulled up to the window and asked the young boy for either the store # or zip code, and he said he didn't know?! I told him I was on the phone with corporate and needed that info- after another long wait, a woman employee came to the window and asked me what I needed, I asked for the receipt and told her it was because the overall visit was awful. She did provide it to me fairly fast. Unfortunately, corporate said most of the Sonic's here were privately owned, so she could only take the report and pass it on?! Either way, I was highly displeased. The lack of care for customer satisfaction was astonishing. Also, I was never unpleasant during any of this- I just wanted the problem fixed. I will still be calling management to inform them of our visit so they can hopefully address the obvious issues...

We walk up to sit at one of the tables, we decide what we want to eat, I press the red button and I start to order. She keeps having me repeat myself till I'm pretty much screaming "make it dirty". When it comes to the slush, if you know you know. The employee taking my order ends up coming outside and puts my order on her phone as she said she can't hear me very well it's like the speaker for water on it (it just stormed and EVERYTHING was soaked). I thank her for making the effort and coming out there and give her our order. She goes inside and I start watching... And it can't be.. she had it written down on her phone... How could she mess this up?! Yep, missed my husband's whole sandwich... My husband and I convince ourselves, we just missed it. I pay and we wait... It was 25 minutes for our order, people who came after us and ordered after us came and went. We finally get our food and decide we no longer want to sit there, so we leave... Only to find out YEP she missed my husband's burger. I'm annoyed, obviously my husband is annoyed. We take a drink of our slushies, and neither are dirty. And in the grand scheme of things $.50 isn't anything, but at this point it's the principle of it. I ordered an extra food to eat later. I finally get to eating my burrito and there is black nasty hair in it. I wouldn't have found it had I not realized there was jalapenos on the burrito and not gone to pick them off. I placed my order, and when I got to the window and paid for my food, I asked the gentleman his name started with a K and I asked him to make my tater tots fresh. He said OK, and went towards the back. A girl came and gave me my food when she gave me my food I let her know right away that the tater tots are not fresh as I asked them to be. She took the entire bag back. That includes the tater tots, and my two burgers, I sat in line for maybe about three minutes or more for fresh tater tots. When they gave me my bag I tasted of course the top of the tater tot and they were hot as I am driving home and I get to the bottom of the container I am realizing that , they left the old cold tater tots and they took half of it out and they put half of the new fresh tater tots so I had half of my tater tots that were cold and half of my tater tots that were fresh. That is very in my opinion disrespectful for one because I nicely asked two people to make sure I get fresh tater tots and I sat in line I did not have an attitude. I was very nice to the people even though I had already informed the previous person that I paid with that I wanted fresh tater tots and I still ended up with cold tater tots. This is not good customer service at all , I paid for my food and I asked for my tater tots to be fresh and I expected the entire thing to be fresh hot tater tots not half of it hot and fresh and then the bottom of it is the same cold tater tots that they previously gave me .
