This is a direct experiential and I'll try not to make it a rant review. And here I go! Customer service is always important. My experience at this Subway was very bad. The food was quality but the customer service to deliver it was exceptionally bad. What I've learned working in retail for nine years is that patience and listening skills are essential in dealing with any type of customer. So I'm at this Subway I'm literally the only customer in the store and I'm greeted by a professional and clearly focused sandwich artist who dillegently took my order which I consider to be one of the more basic and/or simple orders at Subway. Roast Beef with onions and mayo, not toasted. Again, the person that greeted me listened and quicky began moving the process forward. Things would change rapidly, for the worse. 🦹 So the younger sandwich artist finished my sandwich with the building blocks. Bread and Roast Beef and was getting ready to move the sandwich and in from the backroom comes a slightly overweight female with eyes of a pitbull or Rottweiler 🐕 dog. It's clear she was either angry or at least harassed about something. She grabs the sandwich tray, barely makes eye contact with me and then barks something at the young sandwich artist, the language was a mixture of English and Urdu I sense pitbull lady is either of Indian or Pakastani lineage. I looked at the young artist who didn't seem to understand what was happening. I didn't either. Still making no eye contact pitbull asked me what I wanted on the sandwich I responded, "onions and a little bit of mayo." She puts on onion and like a squirt qun fires at the sandwich with the mayo. Still no eye contact and of course she has to ask about "the chips and the drink." I decline I'm thinking about saying something else but this is likely a pointless endeavor. As a part of this review I'll also point the receipt 🧾 on the surface it's not that big of a deal but might be symptomatic of what I'm talking about, which is customer service. Consider the condition of the receipt. It's a take out order and finally, 🥬 lettuce is a green leafy vegetable found in salads. If Subway can't pay attention to a simple receipt what else aren't they paying attention to? My answer is the customer.

Read moreI just went to this Subway and it was the worst experience that I’ve ever had at a Subway. First off, the girl that waited on me had to ask me three times what kind of bread I wanted. Each time she asked me she said OK like she understood me but was so distracted with another employee she kept asking. Then I had to tell her twice what I wanted for a sandwich. Then on top of that their soda machine had no ice but I proceeded to buy a soda since I was taking my sandwich home and can put ice in it at home. The girl told me the soda was cold at self anyway, it was not. Also someone who seem to be the store manager announce to this other coworker in front of people in the store that she was going out on a cigarette break. That is so Unprofessional and disgusting. You don’t need to announce to your customers that you’re going on a cigarette break. Oh and to add… They were out of black olives, And I wanted them on my sandwich. Worst...
Read moreSo the manger here in the mornings likes to steal from customers. I'M assuming she a higher employee cause the other girl working looked to her for answers. WELL I ORDERED online and got a happy Gilmore cup. Ive been getting them for the pass week now this location decided that they will not give you the normal cup that comes with the order you pay for. infact she tried telling me that the cup I pay a extra dollar for is what comes with my meal 🤨. No ma'am I paid for that extra cup on top of my meal. Then she says I get no choice on what cup I want cause SHE ONLY OPENS ONE PACK AT A TIME. GOT IT YOU HAVE CONTROL ISSUES WITH PAYING CUSTOMERS. She says her name is sherly or something like that she didn't speak clear enough. Either way shes stealing from customers and im not with it. I can only imagine how many customers shes done this to with any kind of...
