We have stopped by after a busy day at work. It took me and my wife a couple of minutes to figure out what we wanted. We did not want the whole meal : just some chicken pieces and the amazing calislaw they had. The manager/franchisee ( a older gentleman ) seemed extremely upset that it took us some time to figure out the best deal for several pieces of chicken and calislaw ( there were zero people behind us in ). The manager/franchisee obviously forgot to take customer service class because his tone and overall demeanor was unsuitable to somebody in his position. He shoved his clerk aside and speaking in irritating tone rang our order. I was about to walk out of restaurant, but my wife just wanted to get the food and go home. All I can add is that people like this gentleman have no place in management ( I am a retail store manager myself and I know a couple of things about customer service). If he is a franchisee, well, it is another sad example how franchisees are ruining the brand.    Read moreI Pulled up to the order menu ask for macaroni the new spicy one they didnât have it because they didnât have the spicy sauce so we order 2 regular Mac & cheese and we asked can we get a fruit punch they didnât have that either so the last said we want charge for any drink you will get thou and then we pulled up to the window I gave them my card then I get my bag when we pulled off I notice that we didnât have any silverware so I called up there asking for a manger and a man answered the phone then I said can I speak to a manger and he said this is a manger and while I was explaining what happened out of the blue a woman gets on the phone and start talking out of nowhere with anger in her voice talking over me and I said can I talk your talking over me then she just talking over me then was getting upset and hung up in my face this is the type of things customers have to deal with they donât need to be working there worst experience I had ever visiting...
   Read moreI did online ordering because I had to pick up my dinner for an overnight shift on the other side of town. I ordered honey garlic 10 piece chicken nuggets a pot pie and sweet tea. Not a very large order and not hard to make. By the time I got to work and sat down to eat my food before my shift started my sweet tea was unsweet and my chicken nuggets were plain with no sauce. I ordered 30 minutes prior to visiting the location and it said that my food would be done within the first five minutes of my order received so my food sat there for 25 minutes and I was OK with that, but how could you have 30 minutes to get an order correct and you still gave the wrong order ??? Customer service was decent I don't have an issue with that but like Such a small order???can you not fill it.. It's just so simple.
