Personally, i love starbucks. I just wish the Batistas would ALL follow the same correct measurements of ingredients when making refreshers, which i get 95% of the time. One day, it'll be perfect. The next day (maybe even the same day if I'm in the area), it'll taste so watered down. Not even a little, i mean ALOT. It's not just a one in a while occurrence, it's ALL the time. Sad too, bcuz I've found myself going to tropical smoothie or dunken donuts for their refreshers. And of rather go to Starbucks but paying SO much for a drink that tastes like it's been sitting all night & the ice has all melted making the drink TOO diluted, to the point you just dump it out. Read moreI ordered a white chocolate mocha yesterday and the guy at I ordered it to gave me a regular mocha. I didn't realize it until I was almost home so I turned around and went back. The guy who had taken my order said that he didn't understand what I asked for and then he asked me if I still had the regular mocha, which I did, he then refunded me the money for the regular mocha and charged me more for the white chocolate mocha.
