WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT EAT HERE! I was the store manager of a 3 subway stores in the busiest location in Kentucky for over 3 years. I know the ins & outs of subway & how franchises work within the company. Let me just say this location was the WORST subway Iāve ever visited in my lifetime. First off, the only bread they offered was wheat and white, and flatbread at lunch time on a Wednesday at 12:30pm. No wraps, or any other bread ready. So, for those that donāt know bread is prepared in the morning, and after proofing & baking, about an hour to make. Inventory is suppose to be checked daily, and inventory orders take a few days to get in. Any subway manager knows, when things run low, you always order extra. No reason to not have any wraps; or more bread options. Another thing, lettuce comes out of a bag that should be stored in fridge. Lettuce leftovers after the day are thrown out. So why is it that brown lettuce and bad pieces of lettuce were out at 12:30pm, and should have been fresh that day? Not sure. Out of roast beef. No veggie patties. And lastly, I was overcharged for my sandwich. I got a Black Forest ham sandwich, but was charged for the āhome run ham subā which is extra meat and cheese, but I did not order, nor receive that. Do not eat here and I have already contacted my connects at subway corporate that are handling this issue as she stated it is a franchise but they are taking the proper steps to contact the franchise owners and try to improve...

At the beginng i ate there i would say about once a month and the gentleman there was friendly, knew our faces and our orders. Around the pandemic staff changed and I slowly decreased my visits because the lady there was not personable. The gentleman then returned so so I went back a few times. The atmosphere and food changed and then I just stopped going probably for a year. That is until I was given a cookie. I tried to get some and there was a line they were not welcoming. In the past they had someone just for the register so if I wanted chips or drink one could get in line by the register and they would cash you out. I did not know that had changed. I stood behind a gentleman in front of the register. The person making sandwiches made sandwich for his customer, cashed her out, then handed utensils to the gentle man in front of me, he totally ignored me as i walked up to the register and proceeded to the next sandwich, gloves not changed after touching the register. Saying " What do you want" even if you don't mean it in a rude way doesn't negate that it sounds bad to a customer coming to buy something. I really didn't have a problem until coming back after they had closed for a four day holiday weekend. I saw they were not ready at the normal time and chose to wait but they didn't say anything to me at all not even when they would be ready. I waited till around 7:30 ( I go to work at 8) to go to the counter and waited for someone to take my order and the woman gave me an attitude.
