Well, let me start by saying I'm from out of town, and I was referred to a taco truck. However, it was closed. I turned to Google, and this particular restaurant had a rating of 4.9 so I decided to check it out.

I was very warmly greeted upon entering, and placed my order. I was the only customer which kind of surprised me. I waited about 15-20 minutes for my food, and was told that it was "cooked fresh." I beg to differ because my food was just warm. To the point that the cheese was barely melting.

It wasn't the worst mexican food I've ever eaten, but it was far from the best. I was extremely disappointed in the food, so much so that when I made it back to my home town, I went to Cava. I'm really confused about such a high rating, because I expected the food quality to be SO much better. But again, I was treated with the best hospitality imaginable. Not sure if I ordered the wrong thing, or if I came on an off day, but I won't...

if you are wanting delicious authentic Mexican food, this is your spot. The quesadilla that I ordered was full of the gooiest cheese and diced chicken grilled to perfection. it came with beans and rice for only $9 which I think is wild. got a Mexican Fanta for $3 more. everything was cooked after I ordered it so I knew it was fresh and the tortillas were homemade. absolutely fantastic. only ranking the atmosphere a little bit lower because there was no air conditioning. but honestly, what do you expect from a hole in the wall? I would give it six...

Absolutely WONDERFUL Barbacoa tacos. Green sauce is wonderful with a delay in the heat. Very cheap. 5 tacos 10$. The food coming out of the kitchen is fresh , homemade and the place is very clean. Limiting menu, but a ton of possibilities. Very small and limited seating. Food takes a little longer than expected, be patient, it's well worth it. My first bite made me think I was in Mexico.
