We placed our order online and it said it would be ready at X time. We show up about 5-7 minutes after X time and the host/bartender asked if we were dining in or taking out. When we explained we had an online order she disappeared into the back for several minutes. We could hear her rustling and rushing around back there. She finally comes back with our order and she shoves it in my direction without looking at me and tells uss to have a good day. She did not give us our soda and she realized this at the same time as us. She asked if Sprite was okay (we ordered coke) and I said whatever. She then hands us a WARM Starry in a sealed bottle. We sit down to eat moments later in our room and the food is not even remotely warm. the potato was so cold the cheese didn't even have time to melt we paid $17 for a cold potato that was no bigger than what you would find at a Walmart. The beans were cold and the mozzarella sticks looked like someone had pulled them apart or something. Paid damn near $40 for cold food and colder service. It's a shame because we walked in and immediately discussed how cute the place was. I highly do not recommend - anywhere else even waffle House would provide much better service for the price point. Maybe if the hostess wasn't so interested with the two people drinking budlight at her bar we may have received better food or even service. Just go to McDonald's...
Read moreMe, my son, and his cousin came in and we were greatly nicely at first but when it was time to order we felt rushed I'm like we just got here can we have a moment the owner walked off in a huff now mind you nobody was in here at the moment but us there she came back took our order and my food came out quicker than everyone else I was like that's odd I had the leg quarters macaroni and green beans and EVERYTHING on that plate was cold as hell. The owner acted shocked I'm like nah its not my imagination the food is cold my son and the cousin tasted it and both said the same thing. So now their food is out my son got burnt ends that was burnt to hell and the cousin got the shrimp and fries her food was the only one that was actually decent. When my food came back it was the same piece of chicken but with more barbecue sauce added to it and flipped over onto the other side the only thing they did was put it in the microwave to heat it up. Me and my son ended up allowing the cousin eat her food and afterwards we just paid left and ate somewhere else. To the owner give all your clients the same customer experience we were the only three black people you had in there that day and our experience didn't match what we were seeing other...
Read moreThis place is a must eat! We stopped here on our way back home from Flordia, we took a random exit and found this restraunt. Wow are we glad that we did, we walked in and was greeted by Laura who greeted us like she knew us her whole life! She took our order and a short while later she informed us that they were out of Crawfish, my husband was disappointed, he really wanted me to try them as I had never eaten them before. Laura apologized and offered us other options, well the owner Joe overheard the conversation and said "Sir I will get you your crawfish". Joe left to go meet the seafood truck and within 5 minutes was back with fresh crawfish!!! We thanked him for doing that. The meal was delicious!!!! I am really happy that he did that for us. If we are ever through there again we will definitely stop. We had really good food the entire time that we were in Flordia, but I have to say that this was the best meal that we had!!! Thank you Laura and Joe and the new guy that was training (sorry I forgot your name) but you were all awesome!!! Thank you for a wonderful experience. This is a...
