Juicy Seafood Company — Restaurant in Jacksonville

The truck came to my job today. The comments that I'm about to say are in no way to be taken as mean but to hopefully help the business get better. The first thing I noticed is that the man in the truck was the only one in there. That being said, he seemed to be a bit overwhelmed at times. He forgot what I'd ordered and had to ask me after about 6 minutes after I'd ordered. At times he seemed flustered and a little disorganized. I'm thinking that if he had another helper, some of this could have been prevented and make his job as the cook easier. Also, I ordered the chicken tenders. They remind me of large fish sticks not at all like real breaded chicken tenders. I didn't eat them all. The fries were good and hot. Hopefully, he can employ someone to help him. I think that would not only help him but his clients as well. To be honest, I probably won't order from him again not because it was just so horrible but I just wasn't impressed by it. But, I do wish him well and success...

We had build your own with double crab & shrimp, caesar salad and steamed oysters. Shrimp were great; crab overcooked; corn and potatoes undercooked. Oysters were steamed without the lemon butter on them in the shell (it was served in a separate bowl); were overcooked; and not detached from shell! Had to wait for tea to be made, too. Cost was over $100 for 2 people with an 18% gratuity added! There wasn't much juiciness at all and they had no disposable gloves, wipes, etc. so that we didn't make a mess of our hands. we should have gone to Crafty Crabs or Joe's Crabshack ... at least we've always been satisfied with food AND prices! DONT EVER EAT THERE!!!! Food was horrible for the price. Got a shrimp basket and two sweet teas. $34 DOLLARSSS!!! You should've seen that sorry looking plate. Shrimp was salty and the fries tasted like they dipped them in grease twice... Lol!! I was in a semi and couldn't turn around, wasn't worth the time. Oh and one more thing. I asked for tartar sauce, I don't know what the HELLLL that was he gave me. It was like horseradish had six with yum yum sauce........
