Firehouse Subs Dunn Ave — Restaurant in Jacksonville

As you can see here I ordered 3 Clubs on a sub the 1 I wanted everything but Monterey cheese I added caramelized onions that substituted for the raw onions plus Cajun mayo (mayonnaise and Dijon mustard comes with it.) The second one I wanted everything on there but mayonnaise and to substitute the raw onions for caramelized onions. The third one I wanted everything on there but tomatoes and they just threw everything together on the first sandwich didn’t have mayonnaise Dijon mustard tomatoes or the cooked onions I had the chipotle mayo and lettuce but I didn’t get everything else I asked for. On the second sandwich it didn’t have cooked onions tomatoes or Dijon mustard it had lettuce monterey cheese they followed that I didn’t want any mayonnaise on it. Then on the last order I didn’t want any tomatoes but they put tomatoes on there when I said not to and when I tried to call them they picked up the phone and when I was in the middle of explaining about the orders they hung up on me called back several times and there was no answer the service was terrible I wasn’t satisfied it was cold when normally Club on a sub is a hot sandwich the meat is supposed to be steamed I didn’t request it to be cold and I only requested that all of the bread would be toasted and that’s it pictures...

My fiancé and I were driving home from Miami and decided to stop here for a quick dinner before we got back on the road. Me being a vegetarian asked the young sweet girl taking orders if I could have a cheese sandwich which is when she looked at the older gentleman and asked if they could make that he then responded rudely to me "I have a grilled cheese sandwich" I said I'm sorry I don't want a grilled cheese sand which I was looking for a sub with provolone or Swiss whatever cheese you have with just lettuce and mayo and he then began to shake his head at me and said "NOPE I don't have that I can only do a grilled cheese sandwich, I'll give it to you cold." My fiancé then stepped in and said "can we just pay for a regular sandwich and just take all the meat off for her" and the guy turned around and goes "fine you're gonna be paying a lot then but if you're gonna pay then yeah we will do that" I wanted to just walk out at that moment but instead I listened to my fiancé and waited for our food. While we were waiting we heard the same guy who was rude to us yelling at the his employees embarrassing them in front of a bunch of customers. I don't care how good the food may be the service is beyond terrible here and nobody should feel uncomfortable while working and while...

I was a first-time customer at FHS on Dunn Ave. After I placed my takeout order for a fully-involved med italian with banana peppers, a postal worker who must have been a regular came in 5 min later, saying he was on his break. He got his order and left. I didn't make a fuss 'cause I don't like to antagonize anyone preparing my food. Almost 10 min later, I picked up my order. Arriving home 5 miles away, the sub had leaked thru the container and bag onto my carseat which, luckily, was leather. When I opened the sub, it was a sloppy, slimy mess missing the banana peppers, that I had to rebuild to eat. It was such a disgustingly gross mess to eat that I threw the remaining half away. Next time I'm in the mood for a sub, I'll drive the 12 miles to Jersey Mike's, where you can at least oversee your sandwich being made correctly and you receive it in the order that...
