Whit's Frozen Custard of South Jax — Restaurant in Jacksonville

I've been to all Whit's locations Blanding, Mandarin, Atlantic, Jax Beach, Avondale, St Augustine. All locations have great young ladies working there and all locations are a 5 in my book of reviews. Today we visited South Jax location and may I say I was disappointed at the presentation of the custard. The young lady was so careless at mixing the custard it got all over her hands and all over the cup. She did wash her hands before trying to clean the cup with her hand to wipe it clean, then wiping it with the pink cloth and finally putting a second cup over it to keep it from spilling. Bought two frozen custards, one chocolate and one shark bite, the shark bite contains macadamia nut (which i intended to eat) but the chocolate should have been plain no nuts, I'm not sure if they mixed it it the same mixer or what happened if there was miscommunication but the chocolate somehow contained a TON of macadamia nuts, thankfully were not allergic to nuts but if things were different that wouldve been a trip to the hospital for somebody! If you love ice cream, than Whit's is a place you have to try. Whit's actually serves frozen custard, which is an incredibly creamy variation of ice cream. It only comes in two main flavors, chocolate and vanilla, but they also have a flavor or the day and a large variety of toppings. Ice cream is also available in their freezer in containers, but I highly recommended coming in for a fresh serving, you won't be sorry.
