I had a very disappointing experience at ZAZA. A friend of mine was overcharged, and when we politely brought it to their attention, the response from the person working was shockingly unprofessional. Instead of resolving the issue calmly, they became defensive and said some very nasty things — even though we remained respectful throughout. Went here recently to grab an açaí bowl. I have a limited diet right now and somehow my bowl ended up costing 10x more than the premade options by asking for different fruits and less things to be included in my bowl?? In logical thinking I figured my bowl would be less then the preset options giving it didn’t include much but was $18!!!!! Dropped in here for a juice with my daughter. I ordered the Mother Earth. Many places I get juices from taste extremely “earthy” and contain a lot of pulp, but Zazas juices was AMAZING. There was no pulp and the juice itself was so good despite containing majority celery, kale, cucumber, etc. The staff made the juice right infront of me and I saw them putting in every fruit and vegetable, it was very cool. service was amazing and the staff were so kind to my daughter, who had a lot of energy.
