Every time we go hear, it’s a disaster! (We even tried the location at the St Johns Town Center hoping the poor service was limited to the one by our house, but after spending 30 minutes waiting on our food and not being able to eat in the restaurant as we had somewhere to be, I realize that’s not the case.) Every time we go, it’s a 30+ minute ordeal at a FAST food restaurant, even when we ordered ahead today (which we did so because of a coupon we had that would not redeem in the app - add that to the consistently negative experience). We were there around 730, the store doesn’t close until 10 and yet instead of helping customers, there was a girl mopping the store 2 and a half hours ahead of time! My husband and I both ordered a meal that included drinks, yet we got only one drink. Another time, I ordered a salad and did not get any dressing. I’ve also order the Buffalo salad, but got it without the chicken being tossed in any sauce. It seems silly, but not getting my coke has been “the straw that broke the camel’s back”. We have finally decided to write off Zaxby’s altogether as the overall service and experience has consistently been terrible, even at other locations. I understand it’s tough to find people to work right now, but PDQ and Chick Fil A have yet to let us down in this last year and a half or so, and even before. Read moreGo to a different Zaxby's, I don't understand what the problem is because it's just fried food but I have never been to a slower place. The drive-thru is always packed with cars and the wait times are always far longer than they should be. I won't actually ever go back again, after ordering a very simple meal (chicken finger meal and fried cheese curds) they made me pull over and wait after I had already waited awhile at the window. After waiting by the curb for 15 or 20 minutes I ended up having to go in only to find out that they hadn't even started my order. I told them to cancel the order and just give me a refund and I again had to wait for a manager to show up to do that. While I waited I watched them make a woman whose food was already paid for and was sitting on a staging table behind the counter wait almost 10 minutes because nobody could be bothered to come and talk to the customers in front of the register. I then watched them give an order to a man who had been waiting for some time only to overhear that they had forgotten something, he took his order and left though, probably because he got sick of waiting. This was the worst experience so far, compounded by watching them mess up other people's orders as well as my own. I don't know about other locations but don't waste...

This is the second time the girl with turquoise hair and long nails has snatched my card out my hands and slammed the window in my face then have an attitude when asking her questions upon my order xx I don’t know if this is the only location dont don’t serve half the menu anymore or what but my daughter wanted her tenders tossed tonight she proceeds to tell me they no longer toss tenders for kids meals . That her sauce would be in the bag then we get home guess what the sauce not in the bag . No celery sticks with my order . Then she proceeds to tell me my sauce was in my box I checked my box it wasn’t inside so I asked for ranch and zax sauce she tells me .50.. .50 for what that automatically comes with the order. I told her I’m not paying that and it’s not in my box I showed them then I even checked my bag she wanted to go back n forth I’m 8.5 months pregnant. Please just hand me what I asked for . She basically hands it with an attitude slams the window . No napkins no silverware .
