Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in Jamestown

I don't live in North Dakota and I have never been to North Dakota, but this has been the worst coffee shop I have ever been to and I am not referring to. It's products. I'm referring to the customer service that they offer. It's by far lower customer service I have ever received at a coffee shop Riley Kylie, whatever her name was I pulled up to the window because they're drive-through is hitting from customer so you pull up to the window and they tell you to go around to a drive-through that it's in the middle of a parking lot away from where actually the Windows app but anyways I was there already at the window. This lady could've taken my order and she didn't she make me drive through the drive-thru speaker and place my order. Which I did and my total was 601 I handed her a $10 bill and one penny and she dropped a penny and laughed and say I can't get it. Do you have another one? What kind of customer service is I will definitely never come back to this...

Thing about the drinks are great, but I went in today and ordered two strawberry refreshers and I’m guessing one of the girls forgot the straws and the girl working in drive-through with a blonde hair Decided to throw my straws at me at the counter inside like if I was nothing so I suggest the manager on speaking to her about that because that was very rude and uncalled for!!!! Never had anyone do that to me!!! Especially in front of my daughters whom I bought the drinks for shocked she...
