Plantation Coffee Bar — Restaurant in Jamestown

Upon entering I could hear the steam wand steaming milk and the espresso grinder running which is not uncommon for a coffee shop, But it ran the entire time I was there. And I was the only person inside and there was two cars in the Drive-Thru. When they weren't looking I put my hand on the Mazzer grinder and could feel that it was overheating. When I asked them if they grind up that much espresso usually they said "yes". That was my first clue. They Propped the milk picture under the steam wand and allowed it to just steam milk until it sounded like it was a rocket heading to space. 2nd clue. Not the friendliest crew I've ever met either. The atmosphere was nice, typical of most standard coffee shops. Bad habits...

This little shop is a great place to relax and take in a good cup of Joe. The modern atmosphere with contemporary elegance really give this place a cozy feeling. There is a ton of room to come together with friends for a gathering. The baristas are knowledgeable in making their drink menu and very quick at getting them in your hand. There are various selections to choose from including soy and almond milk as well. I always love having some heavy cream with my regular coffee and they had that option as well. Plantation Coffee Bar is consistently DELICIOUS, the baristas are always kind and fast when making your order! Drive thru is a great option for busy mornings and I love their selection of coffee-free drinks. Their seasonal drink menus never disappoint and their ability to delivery great coffee on top of their awesome service?! Incredible business and I’ll continue to be a fan!
