They can not communicate properly with customers. The manager is rude as hell wouldn't even speak to me directly yet she's the one who changed my order. Then tries to tell me they can charge me AGAIN (so double) dump my food into another basket and add on top of it? Who wants to be over charged? And for horrible service? Definitely won't be coming back I'm sure that's what the goal was..seems to me if you complain at all about THEIR MISTAKES they treat you as poorly as possible making it to where you won't even want to come again. Something goes wrong everytime i visit this place, everything from arguing with the staff because i ordered 2 blissards and only got one, have the receipt to prove it and they still argue with me, to just taking literally forever to make your order. You can always stand there and watch them chat and screw around while you have already waited 10 minutes for an ice cream that should take 1 minute to make. don't believe anything you see on their marquee. they show 3 pc chicken or a double cheeseburger for $6.00. includes fries, a soda and sundae. when u order your charged MUCH more. that sale ends at 4.
