McDonald's — Restaurant in Jamestown

Waited 22 minutes for my order. Simple sausage mcmuffin meal at 9 AM. Woman with blonde hair finally brought me my order, literally threw it on the counter in front of me and turned and walked away. I said excuse me and was ignored as she was walking away, I said excuse me again a little louder and she turned and looked at me (like what do you want!!) asked her if I could please have my coffee too and she says "I guess" gets it and puts it on the counter and walks away like I had bothered her! Honestly don't typically write reviews but this was the worst service I have ever gotten anywhere. Absolute horrible place. Employees were misserable acting and had no manners even to say hello. Manager snatched my money out of my hand without a word or confirming my order, then a different person brought me my change. Once we got going on the road about a block away I noticed my sandwich was totally not even close to what was ordered so we circled around to go back. Once inside the manager informed us she confirmed the order with us at the window (which she never said one word, not even hi) and said she will not replace the sandwich. This is quite literally the worst fast food place i have ever been too. This is my first and probably only review I will ever leave for any good stop. I have never once been here and gotten my food faster than 20 min. I have been late to MANY different obligations because I figured I could order a cheeseburger and fries and have it done in at least 15 min. Oh could I not have been more wrong. I have witnessed on multiple occasion, multiple cars order their food at the drive thru and then just leave without their food because it's taken so long, me included. God awful, stay away........
