Pace's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Jamestown

I called to place an order and asked what options of the pizza they had. (White pizza) The woman proceeded to not even give me a chance to speak and proceeds to tell me she doesnt have the time to sit on the phone while i figure out what i wanted to order also stating how she had pizzas burning behind her. She never once gave me a chance to speak let alone make my order. She answered the phone in an awful manner right from the beginning. She then hung up and i called back to attempt to place my order again even after being treated nasty and she proceeded to tell me it was my fault i couldnt place my order then places me on hold to hang up AGAIN. Idk who this woman is answering the phones but she is atrocious and i cannot believe she is involved in running a local owned business who once before ask for the communities support themselves. I am just at a loss for words on how poorly this woman treated me. Do not recommend unless you want...

This place is a utter disgrace and after a 50 mile drive I do not suggest coming here. They only offer a "wide" selection of drinks (3 choices) in cans that cost $2. The first problem was after ordering a male went into the cooking area and started to comb his hair! The plates we had received had old food on it. Once we got our pizza one of them actually did have hair on it. Not the males but one of the older women's white hair. The other pizza we had asked no pepperoni and we received it with pepperoni. The women who made the pizza in the back corner was yelling and saying excuses as to why it was wrong. We honestly did not care we just wanted it fixed. In 2016,2017,and 2018 I had so many bad experiences (long waits, wrong orders, multiple overcooked dry inedible pizzas, and getting charged for extra cheese that I never received multiple times) that it made me abandon them even though they're my childhood favorite pizza. I recently drove by with a friend who's never been and he asked about them. I have ALWAYS loved their salads with their amazing homemade Italian dressing, cheese, and pepperoni. I was feeling nostalgic and he wanted to try so I decided to give them one last chance after texting my cousin who said that they've been better since covid. I'm so glad I did! This hit me right in the childhood feels! Amazing salads still,great pizza, and friendly service. Very clean, fast, and accurate like I remembered from my childhood.
