Christopher and ALL his staff are wonderful people! I come there daily and love how everyone knows my order. Treats their customers like family. Christopher makes sure that the staff is educated in the Starbucks protocol and it shows. The area is clean, well stocked and the merchandise is easy to look at. This morning I came in and right away after greeting me, Lesley showed me with excitement that they finally have the apple croissant. Would you like one heated up! Be very careful - this location overcharges. I only EVER get a 20 oz dark roast with cream, which is usually @ $3.43. Today, it was $4.17. I asked why, and she said they were now charging for cream. (Really?????! And, she had a fancy name for it, but to clarify for me, she showed me the container - a quart of Hyvee Half & Half - basic cream.) I called Starbucks 800 line, and they supposedly added $10 to my card for my trouble, but since the online account does not keep track of the expenditures against the card balance, I can't verity. Super sad I changed my review from Five Star to one star I purchased a cup there that was defective and the manager wouldn't even do a return or exchange for a cup that worked all sales are final so be very selective when buying from there.
