Five Below — Local services in Janesville

Had four boxes of a particular toy, (two different sizes) on the shelf. One was listed at $5 the other three boxes above $3 sign. When the items that my 12 year old daughter picked up rang at $5, the manager got incredibly rude and accused her of moving the product about the three dollar sign. Even though it was very clear that multiple boxes were there. She was very rude and snarkely said "I'll give it to you this time"... I informed her that yes she will because it is Wisconsin state law 2 honor a price posted. I encouraged this manager to check the cameras, however she would not. Will not return to...

Clean, neat store. Items are well stocked and shelves were tidy despite the busy time of day. This is the best place to shop for inexpensive gifts. They have everything: seasonal items, toys, games, candy, clothing, sports balls, exercise equipment, makeup, shoes, school/art supplies, headphones, cell phone cases, some home decor, a small pet section, munchies and soda/water coolers. I like the whole vibe when you go in there’s always a nice music playing in the back, the staff always welcomes you with a smile and they’re very friendly they have clean bathrooms, and they have great deals there all the time, I while back I had purchased a phone case from here and it came defective with the gluing process I called the store and they gladly exchanged the product with another one with the copy of my receipt they was no issue with the replacement whatsoever and I will 100% return...
