Best place to get furniture. Got my living room set there a year and a half ago, still in amazing condition. The lady that helped us was absolutely wonderful. Nothing compairs to quality and price, Ashley had a very poor selection, lots of stuff but everything was ugly/there was nothing I was in love with, for three times the price

Updated 2023. Again, another great experience at the Janesville Comfort Shoppe. I can't get furniture from anywhere else.

Our first experience, was amazing. We have a family of 5, regular guests, and cats and a dog, we had picked furniture that we probably shouldn't have - it's mostly white. IT STILL LOOKS AMAZING! This living room set is absolutely amazing. We've had it 4 years and it's going strong. I bought a couch from sykers in town in 2017 or 18 and it was dead in a year for the price of TWO of the pieces I got in this 5 piece living room set. It's great.

Today, we went in (2023) to get a big girl bed for our daughter, the ladies in there are so nice. We originally bought a cheap bed online, because we thought she'd only be in it for a little while and then upgrade to a queen. I wont shop anywhere else for furniture, it's not worth it. It was a super simple process. We were able to go in, purchase, and go pick up from the warehouse SAME DAY. I love this store. I don't know what I would do without it. I wish I could give it 10 5...

This was my first time buying new furniture and I have to say, I will be a customer for life. We picked out what we wanted on Saturday and it's now sitting beautifully in our living room, just 5 days later. 5/5 ⭐️ for customer service, Topher was not pushy or aggressive, but helpful and knowledgeable. 5/5 ⭐️ for quality, the sofa and love seat we purchased are gorgeous and seem super durable so far. They are also made in America, which I am very happy about. 5/5 ⭐️ for prices. All of their furniture seemed to be fairly priced and competitive with the other furniture stores in town. The pieces we bought were reasonable and the delivery was free of charge (brilliant, considering we are ~30 minutes away). 5/5 ⭐️ for speedy delivery and the friendly & incredibly careful, conscious young men who unloaded and set up. I also want to note that when I called to thank them for their quality service the owner himself answered...I just love that. I'm so happy we decided on The Comfort Shoppe over a big-box chain store. I highly recommend these folks! They blew the competition out...

I have purchased many items over the years at the Confort shoppe. I most recently bought 2 chairs and 2 sofas..The sofa I ordered would not fit in my home...Barb most graciously let me return it and order a new one. When I went in and picked out a new one I was given receipt indicating how much I still owed. Today it was to be delivered. I called to pay for it and was told it was over $200 more...I was confused and asked why..The sales lady was very nice and tried to explain why. When she was unable to she gave me someone in billing. The lady was very defensive and would not listen to me..I asked to speak to Barb and was told it was no good talking to her it would be the same answer....l totally lost it..I do apologize for that...However I understand the sales women made a mistake on my original receipt...Stuff happens..But the women was so rude to me I just can't get over it...So I will not ever shop at the comfort shoppe again...Make sure you check and understand your receipt before you...
