Looks can be deceiving!!!

I thought I already reviewed this place, but apparently not. If i was only rating it on service and presentation I would be giving it more stare, but I'm rating on the food itself. I've had mostly great service while I've gone and given it multiple chances, but the food is just gross? Every burger has been the worst burger, I don't eat McDonald's and I'd rather eat mcdonalds. It's overpriced for tasting so bad.

The first time I we are there was to bring my in laws in 2018, the burgers looked AMAZING, we got in and this was the only time the service was bad. I had a 6 month old in a booster seat and had to go find the waitress, that was just flirting with the bar tender, just so we could pay so we could leave. But we got the burger and it was a great size and I was excited. My husband and I love burgers. But it was very disappointing, and almost like the cook was afraid of seasoning? I literally had nothing good to say about the burger and said we'd never go back.

Just after or in the middle of covid we wanted to support local businesses and the burger looked great, but again it was nothing impressive and said we'd never go back. This is the time we ordered it to go.

A few weeks ago friends from work wanted to go out and picked wiskey ranch and it was the last time. the service was great I had no issues witht the staff and we still tipped well, we just cant get over how not great any of the burgers are.

My bestie took me here on Thursday. 11/16/23 It's her favorite place to eat where she lives. I had the Margarita. She had a cocktail. I wish I would've gotten the same she ordered. She let me take sip and it was delicious! Better than my Margarita. Let's get to the important parts of this review. We had Cheese curds for an appetizer. It was the same basic fried white cheddar cheese curds you get everywhere else. What happened to actual sharp cheddar cheese curds in Wisconsin? Personal preference. They were still yummy and we ate them all of course. 😋 She ordered a buffalo wrap and I ordered a Whiskey ranch wrap. We both got Waffle fries because I didn't see Onion rings as a side. That might be on my end for not even asking. They were kinda busy, but the staff was attentive and everything came out quick and hot. 😋 I've had different wraps at other restaurants, but I've never given a 5 out of 5. It was just perfect! From the flavor, and the crisp texture of the wrap. It's definitely a 5 out of 5 for me. The atmosphere was chill, but too dark for me so I gave a 5 on that because that's not on them. Honestly, the food tasted good and the serving was also good. I wished that my waitress explained more about my burger because she did say it was like a regular burger, but then I gotta chicken breast and I got really confused which also probably wasn’t her fault because I am very easily confused but everything was great honestly, the Pepsi tasted like it had more sugar in it and I thought that was amazing. The fried pickles were absolutely delicious. Like I love them when we got our burgers I did have mine sent back because there was a chicken breast on it like I said, and I didn’t want that, but that was really the only issue and then it tasted good but the food poisoning wasn’t that good Came home and me and my cousin because we both went and got extremely sick after eating here I can’t complain about the taste but having food poisoning I don’t know if they gave us bad meat or something but we both were puking all over the place I don’t really have nothing bad to say about the experience being there. It was just the food poisoning that made me not wanna go there again Even the next day, I could even take town any food because it just felt like I had to throw up...
