UPDATED FROM PREVIOUS 4 STAR I work in customer service and I am happy about the fact your employees are friendly, but they don't listen and don't pay attention. I just spent $20 on food we can't even eat and have to pick apart... My market fresh sandwich was so wet and soggy I couldn't even eat it without being grossed out. No one wants soggy wet bread that's literally falling apart. It also didn't have what I asked for on it. My husbands half pound sandwich was just regular size and his bread was the exact opposite hard as rock, like it had been microwaved over and over. No sauces or napkins in the bag. It's kind of sad to see all of these younger people working and having zero direction. You need a real manager that knows what they're doing because you're screwing everything up and THE FOOD ISN'T CHEAP. I kind of expect to get at least what I paid...
Read moreDropped into Arby's in Jasper today to get a couple of roast beef sandwiches at about 10:30am. There were about three cars in the drive thru so I decided to go in. I stood and waited easily over three minutes before any worker would come to the register. Two female workers knew I was there, but didn't even say a word to me or made eye contact with me. A male worker finally came up the register - I assume to wait on me. He was messing with the order/computer thingy and never made eye contact with me or said anything to me. Not one word was said to me by any of these workers. No, "Hi, I'll be right with you" or "Good morning. It will be just a minute". It was a poor display of customer courtesy by these "workers". Sorry, Arby's - I won't be coming to your restaurant any...
Read moreI know Arby's is fast food and expect the experiance to reflect that. But, some of the people they hire to take orders really shouldn't be doing it. Everything from putting in the wrong items to not knowing basic math skills to make change. Heaven forbid you give them bills and the exact change so you don't end up with a pocket full of coins. It gives them a brain hemorrhage and they end up calling over a manager to help. I mean damn! if my order is $7.56 and I give them a $20 bill along with a couple of quarters, a nickle and penny, how hard is it to figure out how to give me $13 back? Can't they just type in how much you give them to have the register compute it? Alright, my...
