Well I went China's Best with my wife and three kids The wife paid for all of us and I went to seat the kids when the wife went up to the buffet to start getting drinks for us all One of the female workers came over to our table and said. You have to pay first I said My wife already paid worker left the table When I went up to buffet to get my food Again same worker said You have to pay I again told her my wife paid for 2 adults and a 6 year old She said that my wife did not pay her we have cameras you did not pay I told her my wife paid I set the kids down with the kids my wife heard this conversation got up from the table came over with the receipt to show the worker that our Meals had been paid for the worker was not believing us even with the receipt was looking at the cash register and saying that she did not ring this up so there was no way possible then my wife informed her that the owner had taken her order and that she paid him and the woman still proceeded to tell my wife that she did not pay until she finally decided to ask the owner. so then after woman talked to the owner and my wife have done return to the table she comes over with a $5 gift card and apologizes to me and my wife a hundred times saying that she was sorry but she didn't take the order so she did not know that we had paid those crazy to walk into a place that we go twice a week and spend over $40 every week to be treated like common criminals just because she could not go ask somebody before she started accusing someone of theft so as of now we will not return to China's best and recommend that if anyone goes to China's best that you make sure that every employee sees that you paid and keep your receipt in your hand like you have to at Walmart because someone's always accusing...
Read moreThis website wouldn't let me choose less than one star. Our experience doesn't deserve even one. When we entered the building and approached the counter the cashier just stared blankly at us. After moments of awkward silence, he said "buffet?" I should have said nevermind and found another place to eat. The food was as bad as the service. Crab Rangoon was stale and overwhelming with onion. A few dishes looked like yesterday's leftovers mixed together. Only one rice option, yellow fried rice? Noodles were ridiculously overlooked. Many of the dishes were dried out. Seasoning was less desirable than we are accustomed to at preferred Chinese restaurants. We were afraid to try the fruit. Oh my! The first fork I got had food dried on it and the serving spoons were sticky. I was looking forward to having ice cream but when I pulled the lever, the ice cream in the machine dripped out already melted and looked like it had separated. We chose this location due to a bad review at a competitor and a good review for here. I think the owner must have placed the good review....
Read moreThe smallest Chinese buffet I have ever been to, the worst service I’ve ever experienced, the most rundown stuffy restaurant I have ever been seated in and I cannot tell you enough how disgusting the food was! They were serving uncooked rice, and when I tried to tell them that the rice was not done they pretended to not understand English🤦🏻♀️ my twin boys eat like full grown men and rice is one of their most favorite food foods. They wouldn’t even touch their rice, they wouldn’t even eat the cake because let me tell you the cake tasted like it was made out of sawdust I couldn’t even eat it! This place was just horrible, and I regret that I went here!!!!!! BTW, they don’t serve sushi here and if you’re able to get chicken on a stick, that’s great because they didn’t refill the chicken on a stick the entire time we were in...
