Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in Jasper

I have given this establishment this rating because I feel like the people who do interviews don't like the guys working there. I had gone to do an interview and the lady said that she would call me, I waited at least three weeks and I kept on calling them back over and over, but that final day the person on the other side of the phone said that someone was already in training. What ticked me off was that I applied for the job, got an interview, waited for three weeks, and they already had someone new working on the job. I don't know if this is true, but I can ask you this. Whenever you go to Dairy Queen, do you ever see ANY men working? No, you don’t, at least I know that I haven't ever seen one.

Within the treats that are offered and the service that is given, I would give it five stars because they do have more treats than the Dairy Queen in Huntingburg. I have also noticed that Jasper is about 75 cents less than the treats in Huntingburg if you are a person who loves to save as much as possible, then this is the Dairy Queen for you if you want treats instead...

this is a long one lol. the staff is so kindhearted and friendly here. my car actually decided not to move forward in the drive thru, and they asked if i needed help pushing it!! when i finally got it to move, i pulled in the parking lot, and walked to the window. the ladies were super sweet, and a lady (who i’m assuming was the manager of the store?) told the cashier to give me the pup cup & moolatè free of charge for my “bad night”! she told me not to drive and to just wait for help, with the biggest caring mom energy ever!! my dad showed up and while we were waiting for the wrecker, the cashier i talked to came out. she asked if we were okay, and if we needed anything. she proceeded BRING OUT an ICE CREAM CONE to my disabled dad as well!! y’all, my heart is touched. it’s not about getting free stuff. it’s about the compassion, understanding, and love in their hearts. jasper DQ is definitely the place to go for your ice...

all I can say is wow. I have never been treated so poorly by employees of anywhere before. I was ignored by all the abundance of girls working in there multiple times, and then even skipped twice. When I was finally helped, the girl then slapped my order on the counter and walked off to talk very obnoxiously to the other employees. If the ice cream wasn’t as good as it is, I would swear to never come back. On top of all that, the bathroom was an absolute mess. It looked as though no one had ever cleaned the place.
