Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Jasper

Was so excited to get Jimmy Johns for supper tonight. Have wanted to try them since they opened. Got into the website and figured out my order went to place the order and when asked what my address was I entered it. Clicked on confirm address and was informed they do not deliver in my area at this time. WTH!!! I live on the north side of town between 40th and 41st street. They dont deliver past 36th Street per a phone call to the store itself! Gonna lose alot of business if that is the case as there are loads of apartment buildings, businesses, and single family dwellings in this area. So their commercials lie! Yesterday 6/18/25 my daughter and I went there around 12:55 to 1 pm for lunch we had just left the urgent care next door we walked in there was a y toward the back talking to someone (not sure if he was worker or not) there was a lady at the register then a guy and lady making sandwiches. We want greeted when we walked in, we ordered our food the lady softly told my amount I asked what is the total she sounded upset because I asked. The guy was all around rude just the way he looked at us and spoke to us. The other lady stuck our sandwiches on the counter and said nothing not a thank you, have a good day NOTHING to us. I placed an order for lunch after 1oclock in the afternoon thinking that the “freaky fast” delivery would allow me to enjoy my lunch break. Almost a half an hour later, I call in to see where it’s at & im told the driver should be pulling up. Needless to say- my lunch break is over and I got no food. I spent over $15 on the order, including a tip that was paid when the order was placed, and I didn’t even get my lunch.
