There isn't much to say about this establishment. I do like the food, just like the Huntingburg McDonald. Sometimes, the place might get your order wrong, but I have not had as many poor experiences with McDonald's as others have. I hear a lot of complaints about mcdonals serving their food wrong, but for some reason, when I order, they usually get everything right, and the food I order is fresh and hot. I like how they remodeled the building a couple of years ago, and it looks very modern from the inside and the outside. I remember I used to go here when I was a kid, and the playground was my favourite part, but it was always so dirty because kids do not know how to clean up after themselves, and now the place is pretty clean, and workers do their jobs as best as they can do. As a grown-up, my favourite part of the restaurant would be on the right side where there are pictures of food, I don't know why, but the paintings look so modern and formal, if you could say. And the playground is also a much bigger upgrade than before and the place is much more cleaner than...
Read moreTheir prices have went through the roof. On top of it, there was no ice in the soda fountain, no large lids, and we had to ask for ketchup packets at the counter because the ketchup dispensers weren't put together. A teenage female employee was sitting in the lobby on break, sharing her rap music with everyone else in the dining area. Some people were clearly hurrying to leave. When I took my son to the bathroom to wash his hands before we ate, there was a couple teenagers hanging out in there. One of them sitting on an overturned trash can. The soap dispenser was also empty and detached from the wall mount. It wasn't anything like what you'd expect from a McDonald's in this area. Maybe downtown LA. But, not southern Indiana. Probably won't go back to that one for quite a while. Next thing you know, someone will be selling crack in the play area or something. No thanks,...
Read morei normally receive great and kind customer service. however today i did not. i was ordering through the drive through, and kindly i asked if i could go ahead and order or pick it up inside. they said that i could. when i came in, they were complaining about my order the whole time, and loudly. they even complained to a customer while i was waiting in line. it was just a medium coke. nothing big. i asked if it was alright, since it would be easier. i would have been able to work with a yes or a no. i could have just been told: no sorry, and not have people yelling about my order to other workers and customers as i wait inside. i always do my best to be kind to fast food workers and retail associates, as i am one myself, and i don’t appreciate this. i would have completely understood if they couldn’t, that’s why i asked respectfully and with...
