McDonald's — Restaurant in Jasper

I had horrible service last night. I got off work at 9 and myself my husband and our girls went threw the drive thru. The lady was rushing us the whole time we ordered we knew exactly what we wanted to it wasn't like we were sitting on their drive time she kept saying is that all everytime we would speak. So then we get to the window it took them 10 minutes to hand us our drinks. So then we wait again another 10 minutes and she brings us 2 kids meals and says have a nice night and my husband and myself both was like where is the rest she just looked at us walked off so we sat there 15 minutes for her to come back and say she lost our receipt and asked what we had so I handed her my receipt then 10 more minutes later she comes back hands us our food and walks off I check and all of it still isn't there so I had my husband pull over and I went in. When I went in there were 6 employees sitting at one of the tables just cutting up and laughing and not working so I go to the counter and tell the lady there is stuff missing and that we have waited nearly an hour for our food..so then she asks me for a receipt even after she took ours I was like we don't have one u took it so she gives me what im missing along with an apple pie never told me sorry for the wait nothing..when we got home our food was cold and fries were hard my girls chocolate milkshake were hot..I will never go back here unless our time here was made right because that was awful and they need to hire a whole new night shift or learn to get ahold of...

Let me share the worst experience I've had at this McDonald's. First of all, my girls LOVE McDonald's so we eat from there as often as we can. The last time we went I spent over $50 for my whole family to eat, we usually don't spend that much but I didn't feel like cooking that day so we went all out. The girl at the first window in the drive thru was so sweet. The girl at the second drive thru window was a different story, she was EXTREMELY rude from the beginning. We didn't get any sauce for all 3 orders of nuggets. When I asked for the sauces I was told I would be charged for it. I agreed to pay even though I had already spent that much, sauce should come with nuggets, and STILL didn't get any sauce. No straws were given for drinks, no napkins, NOTHING went right. I had just started trying to like this McDonald's again but after this I'll make sure that if I do go back I will check everything and talk to the manager before we leave. This was totally uncalled for and unfortunately on the same day I was already attending a funeral for my "dad". This is not the McDonald's it used to be and its pitiful it can't be the best, maybe you guys should make sure your staff doesn't act this way toward people and do...

If there were -5 stars, I would definitely put it. This was not the first problem with this place. This time I made a mobile order, the drive through: 2 medium hot chocolates, 1 large hot chocolate and 1 Large hot mocha, and there is no chocolate drizzle anywhere, I indicated this in my order! When it was my turn to take the receipt (because I'm already paying via mobile order), they couldn't find my order, I repeated the code from the mobile order a couple of times, the lady told me that I need to go to the next window to receive my order and didn't give me a receipt. In the next window, the guy gives me someone's order, I repeated my order code again and what exactly I ordered. I waited 10 minutes than the guy told me to go to the next window where I waited another 10 minutes when the lady brought me a Moca Frappe. I again explained what I ordered, she said ok and left, I waited another 10 minutes or so when the guy give me an order and quickly close the window and left. I ended up with some Totally Not Moca Medium size coffee and all with chocolate drizzle… If I hadn’t been in a hurry, I would definitely have talked to the manager about it! I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND...
