Absolutely done with ALL Burger King's locations. The experience here was horrid. Placed my order thru the app, which is quite cumbersome, after completing the order in their parking lot I proceeded to the drive thru where we sat for about 8 minutes before someone asked for our order,I told them I was picking up a mobile order and gave them the order number, pulled forward and WAITED again, when I got to the window I told them the mobile order number again, and was told they don't sell the diet drink that I ordered in their app so I asked to replace them with any diet drink they had, WAITED again and finally when the girl at the counter gathered our order together and got it bagged up she dropped one of the bags of our food (which is understandable) so we had to wait for them to clean the food up and mop the floor inside and when she finally decided to hand us our food I made the mistake of believing they had checked the order and replaced what had fell and went ahead and pulled away only to discover a Premium Chicken Sandwich and large fry were missing. I pulled back around to the front of the building, went inside and asked for the manager, the cashier said hang on just a second, but after he done whatever he was doing he walked over and asked what he could do for me, I said I need to speak with the manager and he replied I am the manager. Maybe I'm just getting old but I knew this was a worthless discussion but I proceeded to tell him that given the time it took to get our food it could have at least been the correct order. He grabbed a chicken sandwich and placed it in a bag and I was on my way, didn't even want to stand there another second and left to discover i still didn't have the fry but I was already on the highway and tried to eat. The fish was COLD, cooked to the point it was hard through and through, and tasted like the oil/grease it was cooked in was burnt, the chicken had the same flavor of burnt cooking oil. Burger King has lost weight of the concept of customer service. The last burger King experience I had was basically no customer, when I got to the inside counter to place my order the guy walked away to graba fountain drink for himself and went to the back to drink it, when he returned he went over to help the drive thru people who already had the people preparing orders there. After about 10 minutes I left and went to another restaurant to get food. On that occasion I TRIED to use the system for a complaint and it wanted my order number so I backed out and chose a different method of letting them know that it was not only rude to walk away like that but that I would not be returning to that store again, their response came through my email where they had AGAIN asked for my order number and I replied that is they would have read the complaint I WAS COMPLETELY UNABLE TO ORDER ANYTHING SO THEREFORE DID NOT HAVE AN ORDER NUMBER. Read moreMy friends and I came here around 9:30 pm on September 26 and were treated very rudely for no reason. A manager named Sparkle was incredibly kind and all our orders were taken very politely. The food was hot, wait was short. The reason my review is so low is because of the higher up manager, a man named Alvin. I ordered a chicken finger, but received a mozzarella stick. I politely brought it to the attention of the staff, and they very quickly and professionally fixed things. I asked if they needed the mozzarella sticks back- but I was informed not to- which is standard fair for fast food. It’s not like you could’ve served them to anyone else anyway, so my friends and I split them amongst the table, and everything was fine. He took it upon himself to come over and CONFRONT us about it, and spoke over me while I tried explaining the situation, being fairly aggressive. Mind you, we are three college freshman. Read moreI don’t know about all the small complaining reviews, BUT I don’t even like any Burger King’s for real EXCEPT THIS BURGER KING IN JEFFERSON CITY MO regardless of the small stuff the food is always GREAT, GOOD and I work on the road and have the opportunity to try several Burger King’s and this store takes me back to my childhood when I loved Burger King when the food was always FRESH, nowadays with the holding bins yuck you don’t know what you’re going to get so I don’t stop at Burger King in any town anymore, ACCEPT THE BURGER KING IN JEFFERSON CITY MO I’ll drive from Columbia MO just to go there to have lunch and go back home that says a lot I understand every place has its issues but at least I also know when I come Here I’m NEVER DISAPPOINTED!!!
