I placed a online order. This was my first time ordering on the app and picking up in store. I asked one of the ten people working if I was at the right spot at the counter for picking up my online order. They said yes. So I glanced at the lettered spots for a drink order that had three drinks all together that looked like what I ordered. I didn't see any orders with 3 drinks all together and no stickers were facing out for people to see what names were on the cups. I'm not gonna start touching other people's orders looking for mine. One worker said they were running behind on orders, so I sat down to wait on my order. They finally got caught up on the orders, and one worker asked for my name. I told her. She then said your order is right here. Mind you I ordered 3 drinks. Two were together and my other one was at the other end. No stickers facing out on any of them. How was I supposed to know which ones were mine unless I touched the cups to turn them all around. I feel like this location is not one I would recommend and doesn't hold very high standards. It can't be that hard to make sure the labels face out for customers to see their orders, and to put all the items in an order with the same name together. Read moreI normally don’t do bad reviews but this is the 3rd time I’ve came to the Missouri Blvd location and haven’t received anything close to good customer service!! I placed a mobile order for 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches. I got there when the order was supposed to be ready. After a 5 minute wait past when my order was supposed to be ready, I was told the sandwiches were sold out and that’s fine just refund me my money and I’ll grab my drinks.
I sat there with one drink only for 15mins as I watched them ring up and finish 6 customers drinks while looking at me every time they called a name.
I was patient for the first 10 minutes but when it got to the 15 minute mark I was super upset. No one even cared to ask if I needed help. At the 15 minute mark and standing at the mobile order stand the whole time, I had to ask where my second drink was. I was told the coffee beans hadn’t been roasted so they just didn’t make my drink.
I was asked if I wanted a substitution. They made my drink and I had to stop them again and ask for a straw (and I was even given the baby straw instead of the right size).

Read moreI've had major issues with the app (BOGO doesn't work, drinks always say out of stock for this location) but this review is solely on the performance of this store. The wait times have been consistently far too long and orders are often incorrect. I cannot warn potential customer enough...if there is an issue once you have ordered the staff will ignore with all their might. On several occasions I've seen them stretch to place an order on the counter with their heads turned as to avoid eye contact. In my worst visit it took 30 minutes for two drinks at 7pm!!! My order was seriously botched and I was shorted a coffee. Worse, nobody would make eye contact. I had to get back in line in order to be spoken to. Even though I had to reorder 7 people received coffee before me. When I finally received my order the coffee was set on the counter. No apology, eye contact, only a vacuum of customer service.
